Our team love the amount of user data Dark Web ID manages to pick up. Integrating it with our current systems had to be the easiest process and required very little configuration. Dark Web ID doesn't often diclose where the compromised information had come from. This hinders our ability to determine the impact of the breach. Dark Web ID also tends to take 1-5 days to publish records inside our dashboard even after they have discovered it. We even had an instance where a client had not received and compromises for a little over a year and overnight Dark Web ID had populated our dashboard with hundreds of compromises from ~2 years ago. Things like hacking forums and news sites sharing compromises. It gives us an edge when clients are shopping for MSPs as we offer the monitoring service for free. Dark Web ID has been pretty reliable, and the minimalist website helps us to stay focused on the alerts and to take care of this right away. Some alerts might take longer. For some reason, the detection happened back, say, two weeks ago, and it has happened that a couple of times, we get the notification via email about the detection.
