"Easy Video Creation but Needs Better Stability"

What do you like best about D-ID?

I really like how easy and fast it is to create videos with D-ID. I don't have to record myself repeatedly when I need to make a video because I can just use my avatar or the already programmed avatars on it. It helps to make multiple videos quicker, especially when I have numerous orders from buyers. All I need to do is paste in their script, and the video is created, which allows me to meet my weekly posting targets on social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D-ID?

The tools started malfunctioning suddenly, and I tried two different tiers of plans, but the video generation and lip-sync were completely off for a 20-second video. The video avatar fails to generate after multiple tries, and attempts consume credits. When I faced these issues, support response wasn't helpful. I think it's realistic and they can mainly speak the language, which is a good thing. It's easy for me to get video footage with D-ID, as it takes many times longer for other videos. "Highly successful tool gives me confidence to share the best version of myself!"

What do you like best about D-ID?

I have tried many Avatar creation tools but none of them are as easy to use with professional output even close to the D-ID.com solution.I used thethe software to create engaging videos using a cartoonized image of myself so that I don't have to be on camera.This allows me to use uploaded audio and the best image version of myself to create talking head videos and engage my target audience.Using an avatar is important to me because it shows what I consider to be the best version of me to my audience. I am a terminally ill individual with ALS and having an avatar allows me to disassociate my physical Declinefrom the message that I'm trying to convey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D-ID?

I have used several voice cloning systems and none of them have created a voice that flows naturally. The Voice cloning on your platform does perform better than most but I think there is still more work to be done to make this a solution where I type in text and use the voice clone along with my image Avatar to create realistic content. What problems is D-ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having an avatar that I can use to communicate with my audience removes the necessity of me or another person being on camera. In addition, this removes the need for camera, lighting, backdrop and set required to make videos. Instead I can use the avatar to create the talking head that I need for my video creations and then pull that into Adobe Premiere and use it as a video input that is consistent and easy to incorporate. Lastly, I can create videos on my own time meaning that I don't need to schedule around other people and I can do this late at night or on weekends instead of having to coordinate photo shoots and the use of spaces or people. What do you like best about D-ID?

D-ID has an intutive interface and now includes voice cloning, language translation and closed caption capability. The porgram is easy to use. What do you dislike about D-ID?

I have been using this application for over a year. As one might expect, the capabilities have increased as time has gpone on. I am very positive on this product. One small problem I encountered involved sunsetting of some of the AI voices. I was using one in particular and it was not available for a period of time. What do you like best about D-ID?

The avatars are very realistic. I use them across multiple social media platforms for myself. They get great traction and I get wonderful engagement and high compliments from my communities. The facial movments, the eyes blink, the mouth moments, the face tilts, etc., are natural and very human-like. It's the most natural looking avatars, image to animation that I've found online. What do you dislike about D-ID?

D-ID allows me to create short-form video content across multiple social media platforms. It allows me to bring my varied content to life. "Educational Applications for D-ID Studio"

What do you like best about D-ID?

D-ID Creative Studio is gradually becoming indispensible for me as a teacher trainer who is responsible for showing teachers the applications of artificial intelligence. I can tell them that AI is going to revolutionize education, or I can let a custom avatar do it. Guess which one garners the most attention and engagement? Duh, the avatar! I have enjoyed pushing boundaries by making avatars from photos of my grandchildren, hand-drawn images, and AI generated androids. D-ID has brought the fun and "wow" factor back to presenting to sometimes-jaded adults. The new translation feature is stunning and, based on my experience in German, quite accurate.
