I would like to see a more straightforward option for setting archive dates on users (other than adding a deactivation action on a course). The ability to set an archive date on a user seems like it should be a standard feature of administering any eLearning platform, however Cypher makes this part strangely difficult. We moved an existing external-facing online course over from a different provider to CYPHER Learning. The team was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, and helped us move our content over in a very short timeframe. The platform is mostly intuitive, and the 24/7 technical support is excellent; we always receive responses very quickly, and all our queries have been resolved successfully.

We were able to customise almost every aspect of the platform with our own branding and to suit our needs. We've also set up an integration with our credential provider so course completion certificates are sent out automatically, which is a great timesaver for us. The staff members are fantastic! From the sales team to the help desk staff, they all have been incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and friendly. The product is exactly what we need at a reasonable price. We are a busy university with a variety of degree offerings and six term starts per year, and CYPHER Learning has gone above and beyond to help us customize our platform. We recently attached course and program outcomes to assignments using the competency tool in the system, and this will greatly enhance our assessment process for accreditation. The jivochat is very helpful especially for the teachers and students who have some concerns or questions in using the LMS and also as an educator, the message feature helps me to communicate with my students, the gradebook is very helpful to track the status of my students and also it includes MS Teams, Panopto and Immersive reader.
