## Cycle Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Cycle free, or does it offer a free trial?

Cycle does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does Cycle cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Cycle pricing in 2026 starts at $65.00 and can reach $1,750.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Cycle.io's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Cycle pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 review data, Cycle's pricing is best suited for small businesses and startups lacking dedicated DevOps staff. The overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers come from companies with 50 or fewer employees across industries including computer software, healthcare, IT services, and online media. These teams use Cycle to replace expensive DevOps hires and manage container orchestration without specialized expertise. The Lite and Standard tiers align with early-stage and growing startups respectively. One mid-market IT reviewer confirms Cycle scales effectively as an alternative to Kubernetes for larger teams. Venture-backed founders and dev shops managing multiple client environments also appear frequently among satisfied G2 reviewers.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Cycle?

Cycle's Starter tier begins at $65.00 and is capped at 2 servers and 2 users with standard image builds and standard features — suited for minimal evaluation workloads. Cycle's paid tiers unlock meaningful scale: the Lite plan at $500.00/month expands to 4 servers and 4 users, while the Standard plan at $1,750.00/month adds performance image builds, 30-plus servers, 10-plus users, and advanced features. The Scale tier requires contacting the vendor for custom pricing and includes performance builds plus advanced features for established teams. A free trial is available for evaluating Cycle's paid capabilities before committing to a subscription.

Is Cycle considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Cycle a perfect 5.0/5, with strong consensus that its pricing delivers outsized value. Multiple reviewers cite eliminating dedicated DevOps hires as the primary financial justification — one healthcare reviewer quantified savings at roughly $275,000 annually by avoiding two full-time engineers. A computer software reviewer acknowledges Cycle bills itself as a premium service but calls it well worth the cost. G2 users consistently highlight time savings of 10–20 hours per week, reduced infrastructure errors, and enterprise-grade security as returns that outweigh the $500–$1,750/month price range. The main value concern noted is documentation occasionally lagging behind rapid feature releases.

What do you like best about Cycle?

Cycle gives us what we need to run our app without extra fuss. Their support team is quick to help, making it easy to start using the platform. This helps our team work faster and get more done. Because Cycle is simpler to manage, we spend less time on upkeep and save money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cycle?

While I appreciate Cycle's rapid innovation, sometimes the documentation lags a bit behind the latest updates. This occasional gap is a small trade-off for the platform's constant improvements. It would be great to see the docs keep pace with the new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cycle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cycle solved a big problem for our small startup. We couldn't afford a DevOps team, so our web developers had to manage our system setup. This was hard for them and caused issues. With Cycle, our engineers can now easily handle our system needs. We have fewer problems and save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
