The greatest support available, a feature-rich but reasonably priced system, and a low learning curve all contribute to the system's appeal. complete flexibility, beginner-friendliness, and high-powered functionality from the get-go **What do you dislike about Cybex?** The Cybex System seems like it has no serious drawbacks **What problems is Cybex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cybex's quick reaction time is one of its strongest points, whether you're having trouble with support or are looking for a software answer to a difficult business problem. You get a seasoned pro who understands what they're doing as opposed to continually tapping buttons or chatting to someone in another nation. I can't emphasize how helpful this is enough. Additionally, we like the ability to create customized reports. As it is, the system is reporting-happy, allowing you to study a wide variety of data from a variety of sources; but, if you have a special request, they can accommodate it by creating a new feature. Fantastic additionally is the stock's integration. The software instructs us on what to restock with and from whom to purchase. We've become skilled stock takers without even trying thanks to Cybex. The accounting system is flawlessly integrated and runs without a hitch. ### 2. Very easy to operate and does not require any extensive training; changes according to the store requirement can be made very quickly. Customer support is awesome ### 3. Furthermore, it is possible to customize the application according to the needs of the business, which is very useful. **What do you dislike about Cybex?** Obviously the times in which it is possible to get response. In fact the impossibility of having a support team in every time zone is a problem for many companies, however, when you run a shop, waiting for support to get in touch can be stressful. Although not unreasonable, it can be improved. **What problems is Cybex solving and how is that benefiting you?** The way integrations with other applications are made, and the customization that allows are elements that, besides helping, speed up the production. The aspect that has helped me the most is how it enables integration with accounting and the secure and stable way it runs in the system. ### 4. Everything is laid out in an incredibly elegant way which makes navigating the system easier. So many POS systems feel like trying to transcribe cryptic text, but Cybex's aren't like that. **What do you dislike about Cybex?** Everything on the surface about Cybex is good, however sometimes the customer support can be a little slow if you face any issues. In the past, if we had an issue it sometimes wouldn't get resolved until 1-2 hours later which is a decent amount of time for a central piece of sales. **What problems is Cybex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cybex helps solve the most basic issue in the most effective way. Making the final sale of a product, quick & simple. It also makes new employees have a quicker onboarding as it doesn't take much time at all to learn the UI. ### 5.
