What do you like best about Cybereason Services?

What do you dislike about Cybereason Services?

There has been some recent reaglignment in the company that had us concerned with the future of company, however they are showing that these changes have been thought out and seem to be for the better of the company. The overall dashboard is a little rough, but they have listened to the customers through RFC and are working to make this a better experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cybereason Services:

Cybereason is a strong up and coming EDR, MDR, XDR tool. When testing Cybereason we compared it to a few other vendors. Cybereasons detected and prevented attacks during the testing as well or better then all the others tested. They have a strong team structured around supporting the customer that out matches all other vendors we tested. If you are looking for an EDR/XDR tool, enterprise level protection for your company you need to bring them on now while they are still affordable. Very soon they will have completed all the fine tuning from the feedback they take to heart from their customer and they are going to be amongst the top enterprise solutions. What problems is Cybereason Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Cybereason EDR sensor has been very useful in our enivronment when matched with our montioring settings and alert review process this tool has been very responsive. Although we have had several false positives this is expected by our team due to alert settings and that we prefer to have a little extra noise in the environment to help us verify and stay alert. I feel generally well-supported by Cybereason's teams (technical and otherwise). Their engineers, especially, show their expertise in analyzing threat actors and malware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybereason Services?

Cybereason has been going through a bit of a transition, either in leadership or in goals, so some things have fallen through the cracks. Certain, promised features have not been implemented in our platform yet, and our subscription is proving difficult to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking at Cybereason, you should start with a demo. Also, get a clear response on what you are getting for your subscription, and think ahead to a year's length. What problems is Cybereason Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a whole, Cybereason is a knowledgeable and experienced organization. They have strong leadership, and their support teams are usually helpful for questions or troubleshooting. However, one service request has been ignored for nearly a year, and they will not reply to it.
