TheThe recent changes to the Management Console provides a location for our SOC Analysts to work from day-to-day. But, it also provides our Senior Leadership quick access to reporting.

One of the biggest difficulties that we face is the occurrence of updates to the sensor and active probe versions. We tend to early adopt the management console and slowly rollout the sensor and active probe versions. While the management console has gotten better with updates to offline clients (prestaging the updates for offline endpoints to be deployed the next time they come online) however we continue to have issues with update throttling; deploying an update to 1,000 endpoints at a time will cause bandwidth issues on our 1 GB Internet (yes, I should know better). The customization and integration part is also too significant that's why we can quickly deploy. Even the UI component is straightforward to understand complete functionality.
