"MDR at its best"
What do you like best about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

Cybereason MDR is one of the best MDRs available on the market, and at this price, it is the best one.

Cybereason has advanced capabilities compared to old traditional antivirus software. It does not rely on the antivirus database that detects known malware, but also includes a heuristic approach with artificial intelligence capability.

The dashboard is designed well and known as the EPP overview, where you can see what's happening in your organization. The malware was detected and resolved one with the trends and graphics data.

It has the capability to take action without human interaction. We can define our policies for that and decide for what type of malware, what action needs to be performed.

They have a global SOC support team that is available 24x7 for any query. If you are not able to identify the root cause, then the team will help you to find it and fix it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

The false positive should be reduced. They need to update their technology to reduce it.

The Global SOC team is very good, but at the local support level, the engineers are not that good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cybereason MDR Service"
What do you like best about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

I like the quick response time, especially useful when we are out of the office due to a holiday etc. Great that they can quarantine files/isolate machines for us before they become a bigger problem and a threat to the rest of the network. It is a great service for someone with a small IT department who does not have a dedicated team of security experts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

There has been a time where we were under the impression that they will investigate a threat but did not until we asked them about it. I'm not sure what exactly happened there. Only happened once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cybereason Managed Detection and Response"
What do you like best about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

TheThe recent changes to the Management Console provides a location for our SOC Analysts to work from day-to-day. But, it also provides our Senior Leadership quick access to reporting.

Managed Detect and Response comes in via email and phone call; the Mobile App only shows critical issues. Initial identification of threats by the Cybereason Global SOC has been helpful, they do then defer to Local SOC to review and verify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

One of the biggest difficulties that we face is the occurrence of updates to the sensor and active probe versions. We tend to early adopt the management console and slowly rollout the sensor and active probe versions. While the management console has gotten better with updates to offline clients (prestaging the updates for offline endpoints to be deployed the next time they come online) however we continue to have issues with update throttling; deploying an update to 1,000 endpoints at a time will cause bandwidth issues on our 1 GB Internet (yes, I should know better). "Cybereason MDR"
What do you like best about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

The SLA for MDR to present analysis results is short, and by the time incident response is initiated, rapid analysis results are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

As the environment gets more stabilized, MDR has much less opportunity to work, and the cost effectiveness goes down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cybereason MDR is based on strong partnership with the highest expertise and quality of service"
What do you like best about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

The MDR is one of the best on the market, alerting in essential things that most of the other challengers may overlook and not take action.

The MDR is a 24x7 team and is eager to help in any need that the team may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

They are an ever-evolving company (which is excellent!) but some of the web UI needs an improvement (something I know they are doing). Right now with all the EDR/XDR/MDR things they are approaching every aspect of each one of these approaches and working to bring everything together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best way to detects malicious activity as EDR."
What do you like best about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

One of the best tools helps us detect unwanted and malicious activity. Data is secure and easily accessible. The customization and integration part is also too significant that's why we can quickly deploy. Even the UI component is straightforward to understand complete functionality. Productivity is very high because most of the feature works asynchronously. Cybereason provides high-level security to my organization. Fast and Easy for operating. Immediate threat detection across all endpoints. We found comfort with the 24/7 service offering. Working with the SOC is straightforward. This is a good product with near-accurate time detection, and the overall service that I have received from Cybereason was just excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

As such, I did not face any critical issues. Some of the reporting could focus more on trending and overall risk versus the rest of the customers they monitor. But still, I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
