CxC Reviews & Product Details

CxC is a team chat for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service companies. It puts job channels, call recording, AI coaching, and sales and production pipelines in one app. Each customer and job gets a channel when the job is booked. The booking call, inbound and outbound calls, the in-home visit, messages, photos, job notes, and manager input land in that channel and sync to the customer record. Bots analyze recordings. They transcribe the call and the visit, file them to the right job, and tag why a call did not book. Agents coach. They brief the tech before the knock and coach the visit against the shop checklist while the tech is still on site. A lead that hangs up without a booking alerts the right person. Shops often run jobs from a group text, a call note that says “leak,” and a spreadsheet one person understands. Coaching happens only when a manager is on site. Estimates sit open. Sold work slips between the visit and the invoice. The money is on the table, and nobody collects it. CxC keeps the sale, the production job, and the invoice in one channel. Plans start at $10 per user per month, with AI included. No contracts, no minimums, no setup fees. Recording is $50 per user per month. Live streaming recording is $100 per user per month. CxC is for owners, managers, CSRs, sales teams, and field techs. Setup is a demo and one onboarding call.
