Each customer and job gets a channel when the job is booked. The booking call, inbound and outbound calls, the in-home visit, messages, photos, job notes, and manager input land in that channel and sync to the customer record.
Bots analyze recordings. They transcribe the call and the visit, file them to the right job, and tag why a call did not book. Agents coach. They brief the tech before the knock and coach the visit against the shop checklist while the tech is still on site. A lead that hangs up without a booking alerts the right person.
