"CutePDF is the PDF editor with more viewing and editing features of all available options"

4/5

What do you like best about CutePDF?

It is very easy to use and allows you to carry out document editing. I love the tools of creating forms and adding comments. I also like the tools of merge PDF files to create new documents. This editor can create PDF files from OCR and also upload documents from FTP. I can also insert RTF files for cross-platform document exchange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutePDF?

The program is very simple and stores a lot of options that can be overwhelming and a bit confusing. It takes some time to learn to find all the options. Also, there aren't many tutorials or guides online with CutePDF to teach you the program's features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CutePDF:

CutePDF is a very complete option. If you need to edit PDF files or create forms, this editor has all the tools to carry out a professional and original edition. I recommend it to large companies and small offices where the PDF format is the most used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CutePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?

CutePDF helps us with everything that is about creating forms, since we must create reports of the incidents that occur in the organization and send them to our colleagues so that they can fill them out and be able to keep track and organize all the tickets that we . In addition, this program also allows us to upload our documents to the company's server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CutePDF has good editing tools and also FTP integration"

4/5

What do you like best about CutePDF?

CutePDF is easy to use for any user level. This software not only allows you to view PDF files, but also offers excellent editing tools for making annotations and creating digital signatures. I also believe that it has an excellent scanning tool, which allows the user to create documents from the scanned images. Finally, I can highlight a tool that other software do not have, and it is the integration of FTP, which allows uploading the files, simply fascinating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutePDF?

The security options are very poor, since they only have AES encryptions of maximum 128 bits. Also, the option to prevent changes in the document is easily vulnerable, and that of not allowing the printing of the document does not work either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CutePDF:

This software would impress anyone with its powerful features and low cost. The biggest advantages of CutePDF are undoubtedly the different PDF editing options such as inserting signatures, inserting watermarks, inserting passwords, creating forms, and, most importantly, FTP integration. I highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CutePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?

CutePDF allows me to easily edit PDF files, especially document scanning. I also take the opportunity to cut files and create others from those. However, the function that benefits me the most is FTP, which allows me to upload the files directly from the software after making the edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
