CustomerScore.io is a great tool to improve customer experience of your clients. Thanks to various type of automations and segmentation options, we have been able to establish multiple touch points over the course of customer subscription to established higher engagement. Not only that, thats to actively reaching to customer prior the renewal, we have been able to significantly increase revenues via upgrades.
