**What do you like best about Customerscore.io?**

The biggest win for us is that it connects dots across tools we already use - , HubSpot, Stripe, and surfaces churn risk before it becomes obvious. We used to rely on gut feel or manually checking dashboards. Now we get automated alerts and playbooks that actually run without someone babysitting them. The onboarding nudge workflows alone saved us a few accounts in the first month. Setup was fast, we had our first workflow live within an hour, no engineering needed.

**What do you dislike about Customerscore.io?**

The playbook templates are solid but could use more customization options out of the box. We ended up tweaking email sequences quite a bit to match our tone. Also, reporting on playbook performance is still a bit basic, I'd like deeper analytics on which interventions actually moved the needle, not just that they fired.

We're a small CS team covering a growing customer base, so we can't manually monitor every account. CustomerScore flags the accounts that need attention, either because dropping engagement, stalled feature adoption, upcoming renewals with low usage. I really like CustomerScore because it makes customer health and engagement very clear and easy to understand. What I like best is how quickly I can see which customers need attention and which ones are doing well. It helps me stay proactive instead of reactive. What I like the most is that it saves time and gives me a better overview, so I can focus on building stronger customer relationships.

One thing I don’t like as much about CustomerScore is that, at times, it can feel a bit too simplified when looking at more complex customer situations. While the overview is very helpful, I would sometimes like to have a little more flexibility or deeper context behind the scores so it is easier to understand the full picture without needing to look elsewhere. Adding more customization or more detailed insights would make it even more useful.

What I like most about customerscore.io is that it brings together all our customer data in one place. Before, we had multiple data sources spread across different tools, which made it very hard to get a clear picture of each account.

Our Account Managers simply didn’t have the time to manually review everything. Now, all relevant information is centralized and easy to understand, which makes their daily work much more efficient.

The platform also highlights important signals automatically, so it’s much easier to spot risks or opportunities without digging through different systems. Overall, it creates a clear and structured overview of our customers.

**What do you dislike about Customerscore.io?**

There are still some limitations, like you have with any tool. But given how "young" Customerscore is, they are on a great path already, as you get the most important features right away. 

Depending on your existing tool stack, integrations can require some initial effort to set up properly. However, once everything is in place, the system runs quite smoothly.

Overall, these points are not major drawbacks, but areas where the product could still improve.

Customerscore.io solves the problem of having customer data spread across multiple tools and systems. Before, it was very difficult to get a complete and reliable overview of our accounts, and in reality, a lot of important information was simply not used.

Our Account Managers didn’t have the time to manually collect and analyze all the different data points, which made it hard to identify risks or opportunities early on.

With customerscore.io, all relevant customer data is now centralized and structured in one place. This gives us a clear overview of each account and makes it much easier to prioritize and take action.

The main benefit is that we can work much more efficiently and proactively. We are faster at identifying potential churn risks and can focus our efforts where they have the biggest impact.

Their support is excellent and very responsive. They supported us closely during the implementation phase and helped ensure everything was set up properly. Whenever we had questions, we received quick and helpful answers, which made the whole onboarding process much smoother.

Customerscore.io helps us fight churn and identify which accounts are not engaged and likely to churn.

We don't have a luxury to have CSMs for thousands of accounts and we need help to do this work in an automated and preventative way. 

With their features, like segmentations, filtering, scoring—customerscore.io is the solution for our problem. 

And of course, the platform is not only helpful for fighting churn, but it's also useful when identifying upsell opportunities. 

It's super easy to use, integrate and implement. 

The team behind it amazing as well.

**What do you dislike about Customerscore.io?**

This is not Customerscore.io fault, but the system is as good as your data is. 

We first needed to make some movements and tweaks on our side before using the platform.

But it was worth it.

It helps us identify churn and upsell opportunities so we can act upon these insights. 

And does this very well.

I like how CustomerScore works. When we implemented their solution, we immediately started to see where we had high potential for customer churn. It also provided us with other valuable insights about our product.

Based on data from CustomerScore, we decided to introduce new features to our platform that deliver continuous value to our customers, and we started noticing a significant difference. Without CustomerScore, we wouldn’t have identified the issues in our platform.

Impementation is littel bit longer, but their team were really helpful.

It is very easy to see customers who are at risk of churn and act on it immediately. It is very hard to serve our big customer base, customer score helps us to see which customers to focus on, whether they are likely to churn or they are ripe for expansion. The integration to CRM systems makes working with customers a breeze.

I think there are hardly any negative points right now. The product delivers great value.

It helped us identify 1M in churn risk. It also gives us easy ways to identify churn risk customers and proactively contact them. Identifying high usage accounts that are ripe for expansion is also very easy.
