**What do you like best about CustomerCount?**

What stood out most was how intuitive and actionable the platform was. It does not just collect feedback; it helps you actually use it. The dashboards are clean, easy to navigate, and built for real operators, not just analysts. Our team was able to adopt it quickly without a steep learning curve, which is critical when managing multiple priorities & properties and maintaining consistency.

The reporting is especially strong. It focuses on the insights that matter, such as satisfaction trends, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement. I also appreciate how it supports accountability across teams by making feedback visible and easy to act on.

**What do you dislike about CustomerCount?**

There is nothing to dislike. It exceeded our expectations; if anything, teams accustomed to highly complex, heavily customized platforms may initially expect more configuration layers. However, what might feel like a limitation to some at first is a strength. The simplicity keeps everyone focused on insights and action rather than getting lost in setup and typical over-engineering.

**What problems is CustomerCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CustomerCount solves the challenge of turning feedback into action. Many platforms collect large amounts of data, but make it difficult to interpret or operationalize. CustomerCount simplifies that process by presenting clear, relevant insights that teams can act on immediately, and their support and level of dedication are high-touch and personalized.

**What do you like best about CustomerCount?**

What i like best about CustomerCount is the pure visual front-end which makes it extremely easy to get instant feedback from our clients. The user interface of CustomerCount is simple and easy.

**What do you dislike about CustomerCount?**

To be sincere, i haven't faced any challenges while using CustomerCount. I highly recommend it.

**What problems is CustomerCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CustomerCount has really helped us to excel in receiving customer feedback. I like its flexibility, intuitiveness and user friendliness which makes it easy to use.

CustomerCount gives us the opportunity to see data and measure users' activity retroactively. This is super cool.

Nothing. This product has all the features which matter the most.

It captures complete customer behaviors such as what products they shown interest, which category they searched.

Quick responding by the team is really amazing and the user interface of Customer Count is also simple.

Honestly says still not facing any problems on Customer Count.

**What do you like best about CustomerCount?**

Customer Count has allowed our organization to excel in not only receiving customer feedback but applying that feedback for the betterment of the customer experience with Breckenridge Grand Vacations. 

**What do you dislike about CustomerCount?**

Currently, we are not experiencing any downsides in working with Customer Count. The organization has excelled at helping Breckenridge Grand Vacations control the flow of feedback from our owners and guests. The team is extremely responsive and is always open to helping us explore new opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively.  

**What problems is CustomerCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is using Customer Count to improve the performance of our contact center agents as well as to directly address and apply the feedback we receive from our owners and guests.

Flexible.  User-friendly. Customer service beyond reproach.

We don't use it to its full potential.  Our company uses it to take the pulse of our target markets as well as measuring satisfaction among our clients.

Of course request a demo; have your objecties in mind and the team at CustomerCount will help you craft the questions and measure the results.

**What problems is CustomerCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we don't have a business which services hospitality guests or vacation ownership members we have had the opportunity to use CustomerCount to gauge NPS scores among our clients and also we use it for some of our association clients to survey their members.

Their smart, effective, attentive and generous nature has allowed us to produce a number of integrated solutions and precise metrics to better serve our clients. After all, you can’t manage what you can’t measure.

Nothing to dislike; so far so good, after 6 years and counting.

**What do you like best about CustomerCount?**

CustomerCount gives us a convenient, organized and customizable way to "listen" to our customers on an ongoing basis. In addition, the CustomerCount Team is always quick to respond to our requests for help and they collaborate with us on how we can improve our survey process. Our partnership with CustomerCount has allowed us to elevate our performance as an organization by giving us tools to improve our ability to serve our customers.

There is honestly nothing we dislike about CustomerCount. 

**Recommendations to others considering CustomerCount:**

Take an inventory of all your surveying needs and if possible, streamline by using CustomerCount for all of your various surveys. 

**What problems is CustomerCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CustomerCount reporting dashboard allows us to look at our survey feedback in a variety of ways. This helps us to easily identify successes and opportunities, as well as to create beneficial comparisons. Having a rich history of survey feedback in the CustomerCount database also helps us with business intelligence needs and allows us to make key decisions that are aligned with the wants and needs of our customers.

Immediate feedback on a customers experience with a rep and the ability to monitor rep effectiveness over time.

Really nothing to complain about as the tool was customized to meet our exact requirements.

This is not a one off survey tool like SurveyMonkey. It allows for the measurement of customer experience over time.

Improves ability to measure the customer experience over time and coach reps on their interaction with customers.

Customer count has provided exactly what I needed, nothing more, nothing less, numbers are accurate in helping adjust employee staffing and inventory management, and predicting future potential
