Using Custodia has increased visibility into expenses prior to money being spent and allows the finance team to see spend in the moment, as opposed to at month-end. **What do you dislike about Custodia?** While we benefit greatly from our team members being able to have an approval threshold, this does result in some restrictions. Each employee spends money differently and therefore, estimating monthly budgets and approval thresholds is not straightforward. We see this mostly in the entertainment category - our employees cannot estimate how much they will spend at a certain meal and therefore, we have had to raise their spending limit to ensure their card never gets declined. If we lowered the limit, employees would have to input a "dummy" amount for a meal/entertainment to get approved prior to the event date just to avoid their card getting declined. **What problems is Custodia solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the moment expense tracking has been very helpful for our team. We are able to reach out to employees and ask further questions on certain expenses prior to the end of the month.
