
I really like Custodia's user interface; it's pretty intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to quickly upload receipts and fulfill budget needs. They're very responsive in our personal Slack channels, especially Yulia, who consistently goes above and beyond. Whenever there's a problem, they do everything they can to rectify the issue. I really appreciated Yulia's relentless support when my credit card expired; she not only sent multiple cards but also managed the UPS coordination to track down the lost one. In this instance, it took over a month for my updated card to be used, and thus I had to continue using a virtual card, which was risky in the case that certain businesses didn't accept Apple Pay. Sometimes there's issues with the address not being correct, and thus you're not able to make a payment. If the incorrect ZIP code is in, but usually gets ironed out after a few trial and errors.
