I really like Custodia's user interface; it's pretty intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to quickly upload receipts and fulfill budget needs. They're very responsive in our personal Slack channels, especially Yulia, who consistently goes above and beyond. Whenever there's a problem, they do everything they can to rectify the issue. I really appreciated Yulia's relentless support when my credit card expired; she not only sent multiple cards but also managed the UPS coordination to track down the lost one. In this instance, it took over a month for my updated card to be used, and thus I had to continue using a virtual card, which was risky in the case that certain businesses didn't accept Apple Pay. Sometimes there's issues with the address not being correct, and thus you're not able to make a payment. If the incorrect ZIP code is in, but usually gets ironed out after a few trial and errors. Ability to control expenses, easily manage them and speed up the FP&A process. Custodia can also enable multiple features tailored to the company such as automating purchase orders from our ERP, creating entity approval flows, sharing budgets, analyse breakdown of expenses and many more in the pipeline. The AI is also very impressive. Most importantly it has created an excellent framework for us to enable corporate credit card spend across 100s of employees in an easily controllable, user friendly and efficient manner. I believe Custodia is an easy-to-use application. The customer support is really up to speed. In today's market, there are numerous tools offering similar services therefore what I find most valuable about Custodia is their exceptional customer support. The team consistently provides us with top-tier service, which is crucial given the tool's extensive features and somewhat complex configuration. Furthermore, the tool's versatility in supporting a wide range of our complicated use cases is also a significant benefit. However, a notable drawback for me is the overly complicated user interface, both on the web platform and within the app. This aspect could significantly improve our overall experience. Additionally, we sometimes experience issues that impact the tool's credibility, which is a point of concern for us. but I appreciate knowing that Custodia is actively working hard on making these improvements.
