I really appreciate how fast and supportive the staff response is at Custodia. I usually get help from a staff member named Yuliia, who not only answers my questions but also suggests solutions. The initial setup was not complicated, and I found the user journey to be quite friendly.

I really like Custodia's user interface; it's pretty intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to quickly upload receipts and fulfill budget needs. They're very responsive in our personal Slack channels, especially Yulia, who consistently goes above and beyond. Whenever there's a problem, they do everything they can to rectify the issue. I really appreciated Yulia's relentless support when my credit card expired; she not only sent multiple cards but also managed the UPS coordination to track down the lost one.
