Presentation of information and user expirence

I really like Custodia's user interface; it's pretty intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to quickly upload receipts and fulfill budget needs. They're very responsive in our personal Slack channels, especially Yulia, who consistently goes above and beyond. Whenever there's a problem, they do everything they can to rectify the issue. I really appreciated Yulia's relentless support when my credit card expired; she not only sent multiple cards but also managed the UPS coordination to track down the lost one.

I believe Custodia is an easy-to-use application. The customer support is really up to speed. I recently raised one request, and it was resolved within an hour, so I'm really happy with the overall outcome of Custodia. Particularly, I worked with Julia, and she's very up to speed.
