My experience working with the project managers and development team has been nothing but positive at Curacubby. They take the time to understand my concerns, needs and use cases, and they go above and beyond to create a product that won't only get the job done but will make my job easier. What do you dislike about Curacubby? Their V1 product is admittedly not as smooth, but they are constantly finding ways to improve what they have, and their V2 is going to be incredible! Curacubby helps us manage our entire auxiliary program -- extended care, enrichment classes, summer camps and more. I like the different components within the Curacubby management system, and there are updates constantly that make it better. We used Private Advantage for many years, then Childcare Manager. The inability to go from one student to the next when looking in a specific tab. We were able to do that in Private Advantage. It would be helpful to know about changes. I love how easy it is to work with the Curacubby site myself without needing much support in general. However, when I need help, I appreciate how available Curacubby reps are to troubleshoot issues. What problems is Curacubby solving and how is that benefiting you? Curacubby solves our need to have a payment system that is more automated where families can be invoiced & pay online. It has cut down on the number of checks & cash we have to deposit, which is wonderful! Curacubby also solves our need for an online application, making it easier for families to move through the application process. Curacubby came along just in time for us as a growing school.
