They take the time to understand my concerns, needs and use cases, and they go above and beyond to create a product that won't only get the job done but will make my job easier. Customer service is incredibly personalized, and I know the names of the people I interact with. Fantastic experience all around, I highly recommend it. **What do you dislike about Curacubby?** Their V1 product is admittedly not as smooth, but they are constantly finding ways to improve what they have, and their V2 is going to be incredible! **What problems is Curacubby solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in Auxiliary for a school of over 400 students. Curacubby helps us manage our entire auxiliary program -- extended care, enrichment classes, summer camps and more. It is a smooth way to take registrations, communicate with parents, billing (if applicable), and more. A one-stop shop. ### 2. We used Private Advantage for many years, then Childcare Manager. The latter was no longer being supported so the search was on until we found Curacubby. **What do you dislike about Curacubby?** The inability to go from one student to the next when looking in a specific tab. We were able to do that in Private Advantage. It would be helpful to know about changes. I know there are many, but we usually just stumble upon new fixes and tell each other. **What problems is Curacubby solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am aware that Curacubby is working with our financial director about the emailing of monthly billing. If she is happy, then I am happy. ### 4. However, when I need help, I appreciate how available Curacubby reps are to troubleshoot issues. They always get back to me within a day of my support ticket & are willing to work with our parents when needed. **What do you dislike about Curacubby?** Some limitations need to be worked around or require extra time, but Curacubby is always looking for ways to make improvements. **What problems is Curacubby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Curacubby solves our need to have a payment system that is more automated where families can be invoiced & pay online. It has cut down on the number of checks & cash we have to deposit, which is wonderful! Curacubby also solves our need for an online application, making it easier for families to move through the application process. Curacubby came along just in time for us as a growing school. It has streamlined our parent payment processes across the board. ### 5. The staff and parents love it! **What do you dislike about Curacubby?** There are always things you wished were different, but overall the software has helped our school meet the needs of the staff and the parents. **What problems is Curacubby solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most important is the software sends reminders to the parents every few days to pay tuition, fees, etc. This has saved many hours alone. ### 6. I haven't explored all the features because I am not sure of them. **What do you dislike about Curacubby?** I haven't seen any specific downsides. It seems like a solid program. **What problems is Curacubby solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem of checking in students. There is just no signature feature or a way of recording who actually dropped off the child. I don't know if that is an easy fix. ### 8.
