What I most like about CubiCasa is the simplicity of the app. It's very easy to use, and I appreciate how the scanning isn't overly complicated. Even if I mess up a little, CubiCasa will fix it, which is really handy. Being able to access it right on my phone makes things super convenient. I also like how quick the scanning process is, usually taking less than 5 minutes. Additionally, I find it great that I can customize colors and add upgrades like GLA or a 3D floor plan for an extra cost. The scan mesh feature is also something I really like, and overall, it's a great app that's easy to sell in my business. **What do you dislike about CubiCasa?** I think what did stand out, was when there was no cell service, and the app wouldn't load. I couldn't open the app, and therefore had to ask the owner of the home to borrow her wifi so I can use the app. Later I learned there's an offline mode, which I never knew before. **What problems is CubiCasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CubiCasa for easy 2D floor mapping. It simplifies including floor plans as a service, with quick scanning and customization. It's user-friendly and right on my phone, making it easy to sell. ### 2. You take your phone, do a short 5-minute video scan of the apartment or house, and bam, you get a professional floor plan. It replaces all the hassle of taking laser measurements and drawing. It's the perfect tool for saving tons of time on-site. **What do you dislike about CubiCasa?** Okay, there are limits to the accuracy sometimes. On unusual walls or old houses, the plan might be slightly off, and you have to request a correction. It's also a bit of a shame to have to wait for the plan to be returned (even if it's quick, it's not instantaneous). And if you want 3D options or CAD files, it quickly becomes more expensive. **What problems is CubiCasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** CubiCasa solves the problem of creating professional-looking floor plans without having to lug around heavy equipment or be a drawing expert. The tool allows us to have a consistent, high-quality presentation for all our properties. Buyers and renters immediately get a clear idea of ​​the layout, and that's what's important. When doing my first scan I was nervous that I would do it wrong. CubiCasa guided me the whole way through with tips telling me if I'm holding the camera up high enough or showing too much of the floor. I was so impressed that my video taking and walking around a house can magically turn into these stunning floor plans with insanely accurate measurements. I love CubiCasa and will continue using for all of my future jobs! **What do you dislike about CubiCasa?** The only downside is the turn around time, but that is mostly because I like to send photos and floor plans at the same time but don't want to charge my customers for the extra cost for 6-hour turnaround (even though I should) so I have to take a loss to get the floor plan back around the same time that the photos are back. **What problems is CubiCasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving the need for contractors draw ups and having it go through multiple people to get accurate measurements and understand the layout of the house instead all of the hard work is done by CubiCasa. ### 5. CubiCasa is very easy to use - CubiCasa allows me to create and upload an accurate floor plan in a matter of minutes. My customers love the nice clean looks of the CubiCasa floor plans. Customers are amazed at CubiCasa's AI technology. With CubiCasa real estate agents now can have floor plans the next day - no more waiting for days to have their floor plans delivered to them. I love the fact that I can change the names of any room on the floor plan using the quick edit feature - A very easy and helpful function to use. Real estate agents are amazed at the quality of the finished floor plans produced using the CubiCasa app. Whether it's an 1800 Square foot home or a 6,500 square foot home, Cubicasa always gives me extraordinary professional results, allowing me to give my customers the highest quality floor plans they can get anywhere. I don't see any downsides at all to using the CubiCasa app. **Recommendations to others considering CubiCasa:** I highly recommend CubiCasa. It has been such a great tool for my business. It allows my business to offer everything in the way of photography services real estate. I've received such good feedback from real estate agents about the quality that CubiCasa provides for in-home floor plans. **What problems is CubiCasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem I solve using the CubiCasa app. is real estate agents can now get all of their photographic needs from one person - Photography, 360° tours, aerials & high-quality floorplans. All the realtors I work with love the idea that I can offer floor plans to them. It saves real estate agents the time to return to a listing to have floor plans done by someone else. For a reasonable fee, real estate agents are being offered the option of getting the best floor plans available for their listings. CubiCasa gives me happy customers, along with the benefits of extra revenue for my business. My real estate customers love the high-quality of CuiCasa floorplans. No matter how seemingly weird the layout or how cluttered a listing is (usually in a very crowded basement) the product that they provide me (in a VERY short turn around time) have been excellent every time. **What do you dislike about CubiCasa?** It isn't CubiCasa's fault, but I had to purchase a second phone to be able to do scans, because when uisng my primary business cell phone, I invariably would get a call (usually SPAM) JUST before finishing a scan and I'd have to start over. **Recommendations to others considering CubiCasa:** Set your phone to Airport Mode while scanning OR get a second device to do scans with. **What problems is CubiCasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've had clients asking me for Floor Plans for a few years, but until I found CubiCasa (via Ricoh's 360˚VR service) I had to rely on a subcontractor for them...usually as a byproduct of a Matterport scan. That is a costly and time extensive proposition that most of my clients did not want to deal with. I can now quite easily upsell the floor Plan option even if my client is only having still photographs made. CubiCasa's affordable cost allows me to likewise not charge a lot and to be more useful to my clients. ### 9. It would be a great addition to an appraisers tool box but it's cost is prohibitive for most. **What do you dislike about CubiCasa?** Too expensive. Saves time and you could increase volume maybe. Bottom line is most appraisers work with an assistant at most so CubiCasa prices the largest number of appraisers out. Another hand grabbing 20 to 30 bucks out for the appraisal. Inspections are easy and I would tell smaller operations to put it towards data entry **What problems is CubiCasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 10. You just walk around with your phone doing a video of where the wall meets the floor and the next day you have a floorplan. They are also very responsive to edits. **What do you dislike about CubiCasa?** If you touch one of the buttons on your phone while doing the video, you sometimes have to start over. **Recommendations to others considering CubiCasa:** Make sure you put your phone on airplane mode before you start the video. **What problems is CubiCasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our area, it is pretty standard to have a floorplan for our listings. Hiring a floorplan person costs about $150 per listing. Cubicasa is a quarter of that amount. Multiply that savings times the number of listings in a year and it represents a significant savings. I have had buyers ask me about my floorplan app so they can do floorplans for their new homes if they didn't get one from the listing agent. ### 11. Ease of access to invoices. **What do you dislike about CubiCasa?** I seriously cant think of anything that i dislike. **Recommendations to others considering CubiCasa:** Give it a try i was a bit reluctant at first as i was sure it would be complicated, however i did a trail scan and was amazed at the speed of the results. Then less than 12 hours later i had the scans. Whenever i a had a question support was on point. You wont regret it we didn't :-) **What problems is CubiCasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before i had to measure out the rooms, draw each room into a sketch which added so much extra time to a shoot. The client loves how quickly we can turnaround the scans. the price point is also excellent we make a nice profit on each scan. ### 12.
