Outstanding technical support
The CRScube support team is highly responsive, professional, and open to feedback. Many of the suggestions I submitted during my use of the platform were adopted and implemented. This active user feedback loop truly sets CRScube apart from other vendors.

Robust feature set and integration capabilities
CRScube provides a wide range of useful features that meet the evolving needs of modern clinical trials.

In summary, CRScube is a powerful, user-friendly, and well-supported EDC system that I use frequently and confidently recommend. It offers a strong balance of features, flexibility, and customer-centric service that makes it stand out in the clinical research landscape.

I always have to ask the person in charge whether it can be applied to such research cases. It would be nice if there were a program that allowed each user to design it themselves.

**Official Response from Sylvain Berthelot:**

> Hi Hanbyeol,
Thank you so much for your review of cubeCDMS. It is great that you see its value across various research areas. If you would like to be able to configure your own study, please reach out to your administrator. Access to configuration tools is based on user role.
Have a great day,
Sylvain

The intuitive layout made it easy to use, and it was convenient to be able to check only the necessary parts among the various data in the clinical trial.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

Nothing in particular, but if I had to mention something, it would be that when downloading data as an Excel file or similar, a significant amount of data may require a bit of loading time.

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides convenience in compiling and analyzing clinical data and information during clinical trials.

  ### 29. Systematic education and easy usability, excellent help center

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about cubeCDMS?**

First of all, the training provided when initially using the system is very well-prepared, making it much easier to get started. In fact, I was able to easily learn various system functions, and the help center and online manuals are systematically organized, which is very satisfying.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

There's nothing particularly noteworthy, but it was disappointing that I was automatically logged out after a certain period and couldn't access multiple assignments simultaneously. However, I remember being told that there's nothing that can be done about this.

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was satisfied because the issues I reported to the help center that required system improvements were often reflected in the next update.

  ### 30. Seamless Real-Time Monitoring with Zero Hassles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

For example, users can navigate directly from a risk indicator to the corresponding data point, allowing rapid response to potential issues.

  ### 31. The frequently updated convenient features and familiar UI/UX are attractive.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about cubeCDMS?**

They frequently update convenient features, and the visualized UI/UX is familiar, making it easy to use. It is the most widely used, so it is suitable for utilizing integrated features. Even for individual inquiries, they provide accurate answers quickly, which helps in research management.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

There are many features, but since the default values are set for functions mainly used in clinical trials, there are many hidden features from the sponsor's perspective. It is unfortunate that there is no inquiry window for Q&A within the EDC online.

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data management and operation in observational studies, post-marketing surveillance, etc., corresponding to post-clinical trials.

  ### 32. It is easy to use thanks to its intuitive UI.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** subin l. | CRA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about cubeCDMS?**

- It is easy to use thanks to its intuitive UI.
-It is familiar to site staff in Korea, as it is already widely used across many institutions.
-Staff respond quickly to queries and system errors.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

It would be helpful if CRCs could be restricted from making final submissions during SAE reporting, as many CRCs mistakenly submit due to confusion.

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since cubeCDMS is used in many studies, it will make site guidance and monitoring easier.

**Official Response from Sylvain Berthelot:**

> Hi Subin,
Thank you for your review of cubeCDMS. It's great to see that you like the user interface and your interactions with our team have been positive.
Regarding your comment about SAE report submission, this is a configurable part of the system: the ESIGN_REPORT_PAGE privilege defines which user types can sign and submit the SAE report. By removing it from CRCs, they will not be able to submit the report.

I hope it will help for future studies.
All the best,
Sylvain

  ### 33. User frinedly CDMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 진성 . | DMA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2025

**What do you like best about cubeCDMS?**

CubeCDMS provides numerous DM user frinedly featrues which helps manage clinical data efficiently and the customer service provides prompt and clear guidance.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

When accessing pages with a large amount of information in CubeBuilder (e.g., role & privilege library page or when adding multiple instances with many rows), lag occurs.
For example, when doing lab related edit check pramming, there was a case when approximately 140 LBNRIND needs to be link forced from LBORRES. Due to the system lag, saving took a long time, and at times, the process froze, resulting in additional time needed to redo the same task. While this is likely due to the large volume of data being processed, it would be great if this could be improved. Of course, resolving this may not be easy, but if this issue were improved, there would hardly be anything to consider a drawback

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeCDMS helps manage reliable data more efficiently and quickly, ensuring accuracy.

**Official Response from Sylvain Berthelot:**

> Hi,
Thank you for sharing your experience with cubeCDMS. Our product team was made aware of the lag you are experiencing. They will look into it. It's good to see that cubeCDMS helps you better manage data. This is our goal!
Sylvain

**What do you like best about cubeCDMS?**

Compared to other EDC systems, this one offers good readability and is convenient to use. The data set is easy to read, which makes reviewing data straightforward.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

It is unfortunate that the answers are not visible on the query list once the query is completed. I hope that part is improved.

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeCDMS regularly carries out user surveys to gather feedback and make ongoing improvements to its service.

  ### 35. Intuitive and Easy to Use—A Pleasure to Work

There is none. It performs exactly as described, with no issues or inconveniences at all. I’m completely satisf

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is currently being utilized in a human application study as part of the development process for a health functional food.

  ### 36. The flexible settings are attractive, but the beta system and link provision are disappointing.

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about cubeCDMS?**

When setting up the system, it is possible to freely configure the desired items according to the task design.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

It would be nice to have a direct link provided between the beta system and the real system.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

I would find dislike cubeCDMS in this time

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

data set will show at once while clinical period

  ### 38. User-Friendly Data Capture, Better Than Medidata

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about cubeCDMS?**

Site staff has developed it for ease of use. Since its main function is electronic data capture, it should be easy for the person entering the data to use, and I think it's better than Medidata. cubeCDMS was good because it was well integrated with IWRS.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

The manual doesn't seem all that easy to read. Instead, you can file a ticket with the person in charge and the issue will be resolved quickly.

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My current company uses cubeCDMS to develop a large number of eCRFs. Compared to Medidata, it's easier to modify input methods and functions. Furthermore, maintenance costs are low.

**What do you like best about cubeCDMS?**

It offers a user-friendly experience with a clean and visually appealing design. Editing data and issuing queries are relatively easy and intuitive

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

Issuing an SAE follow-up report can be somewhat cumbersome. It would be helpful if the adverse event page also indicated which cases have progressed to an SAE.

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cubeCDMS is being updated through surveys like these, which makes it useful when providing guidance to institutions.

**Official Response from Sylvain Berthelot:**

> Hi Jung,
Thanks a lot for your comments. We are grateful for your feedback regarding SAE follow-up reports and how we could make it better. This helps us enhance our system to provide an even better user experience.
Have a great day,
Sylvain

The FUNCTION and PROPERTY ID are intuitive, making them easy to understand. The EDC design is neat, making it convenient to use.

**What do you dislike about cubeCDMS?**

Rather than not liking it, there are cases where it takes some time to receive a response even for issues marked as "high" priority with a CUBE Ticket. Of course, I understand that if there is a lot of work, responses may be delayed, but I find it a bit frustrating when responses are delayed regardless of priority.

**What problems is cubeCDMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The attitude of doing your best to respond to inquiries is good.

  ### 45. Simple Visuals Make Data Easy, But Listing Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars
