CTSO Manager Reviews & Product Details

CTSOManager is the CTSO software built specifically for career and technical student organizations - not general event software with CTSO features added on. It covers the full competition lifecycle: conference setup, judged events with digital rubrics and live scoring, online testing with built-in accommodations, invoicing and payment tracking, and hierarchy-scoped communication from national down to chapter level. Your real structure - national, state, region, chapter - is built into the platform, so every level manages itself and everything below it without data getting siloed. A guided setup wizard walks new conferences through events, fees, hotels, and staffing, and bulk CSV/ZIP import brings in existing rosters, events, and rubrics instead of starting from scratch. Most organizations replace several separate tools - a newsletter platform, a billing spreadsheet, disconnected rubric PDFs - with one system. Built-in accessibility and hierarchy-scoped analytics come standard.
