**What do you like best about CSS Peeper?**

The free version is good and works as expected, but that’s the only part I found useful.

**What do you dislike about CSS Peeper?**

I really dislike the billing experience. After using the trial for only one day, I was charged the full amount without any clear warning, and the support team refused to issue a refund even though the usage was minimal. The lack of flexibility and customer care is extremely disappointing.

**What problems is CSS Peeper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I only tried CSS Peeper for a single day during the trial and forgot to cancel before the week ended. As soon as the trial was over, they charged the full amount through Link. I reached out for support right away, expecting basic understanding and a standard refund for an obvious accidental renewal — but they completely refused.

This shows a major lack of transparency and customer care. Most professional services honor refund requests when there’s almost no usage, but CSS Peeper chose not to. It’s very disappointing to see a tool rely on strict auto-charging instead of fair treatment and real support. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.
