Gives the power for our manager to submit their workflows from start to finish. **What do you dislike about CSR Solution?** It's not extremely ideal for larger businesses. We struggled with the abilities of the software after extreme growth. Also, there are no forecasting tools available to users. **What problems is CSR Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrates with mostly all the tools we already used and the automation eliminates a large amount of manual work that our team needed to do before. It is very comfortable platform for customer database. **What do you dislike about CSR Solution?** the platform does not allow to create folders in order to make categories and or subcategories for the data.
