Instead of ending up with a long list of recommendations that nobody really knows how to tackle, it gives you a clear structure and helps prioritize what matters most. The platform is easy to navigate, and the maturity assessments make it much easier to see where you stand and what should come next. **What do you dislike about CSFaaS?** There isn’t much to complain about. As with any governance or assessment platform, you get the most value if you keep it updated regularly. I’d also be interested to see even more integrations and customization options as the product continues to evolve. **What problems is CSFaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a much clearer view of our overall security posture and helps organize improvement initiatives into a realistic roadmap. It’s also useful when discussing priorities with both technical teams and management because everyone can work from the same framework instead of relying on individual opinions. ### 2. The audit module tracks fieldwork, findings and responses in the same place as the evidence, so nothing gets lost in email threads. The evidence vault with versioning is the best part, you upload once and link files to controls instead of duplicating them everywhere. And it never feels like enterprise bloatware. The team shipped fast during the beta and actually listened to feedback, which is rare for a compliance tool. Feels like it was built by people who suffered through real audits themselves. **What do you dislike about CSFaaS?** Docs were a bit thin during the beta so I had to figure some things out by poking around. More integrations would be nice too. **What problems is CSFaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evidence chaos mostly. Audits used to mean weeks of chasing screenshots, exports and policy docs across ten different places. Now everything lives in one vault, versioned and mapped to the actual controls, and auditors get scoped access instead of endless email threads with PDFs. I can see what’s overdue or unowned at any time. **What do you dislike about CSFaaS?** Using it across several companies, there’s no consolidated cross entity dashboard, so you check each workspace separately. **What problems is CSFaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** CSFaaS replaced spreadsheets and scattered drives with a single system where risks, controls, demands, remediations, third parties and evidence all sit together, each with an owner and a review date.
