**What do you like best about Crowdskout?**

This is one of the easiest programs to use. We have people in our office of all ages, and even the most technologically troubled employees can navigate the system. This program has also made going paperless very easy.

**What do you dislike about Crowdskout?**

The price is a bit too high, in my opinion. This is only affordable for big companies.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdskout:**

I would imagine this program would be really helpful for nonprofits. I used this while working on a political campaign. My group only had a handful of people so this helped us stay really organized.

**What problems is Crowdskout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used this for tracking interactions with different important figures and groups of people for a campaign. I was looking for one place to consolidate all of my findings.

The scoring tools are too broad when it comes to micro targeting.
