**What do you like best about CrossCad/Ware?**

Simple to use and easy to incorporate with CAD softwares. Wide variety of information can be retrieved from CAD other than geometry data.

**What do you dislike about CrossCad/Ware?**

Customer support is comparatively slow than other suppliers.

**What problems is CrossCad/Ware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data extraction of the CAD file in any format is possible and thus reducing the time for development to more than 50 percentage.
