**What do you like best about CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales?**

Jira CRM centralizes sales, support, and tasks seamlessly

**What do you dislike about CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales?**

CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales can feel a bit limited compared to full standalone CRMs. Reporting and analytics aren’t as advanced, and the UI may seem cluttered for non-technical users. Initial setup and customization can also take time, especially for teams new to Jir

**What problems is CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales solves the problem of scattered tools by bringing customer data, sales tracking, and support tickets into one place. This benefits me by improving team collaboration, giving full visibility into customer interactions, and saving time since everything is managed directly within Jira without switching platform

  ### 2. Jira CRM Journey: Customers and Sales Simplified

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shravankumar L. | Information security analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales?**

At Capillary Technologies, we handle a large volume of customer requests and sales-related Jira tickets every week. CRM for Jira – Customers and Sales has been extremely useful because it allows us to link customer records directly to Jira issues. For example, when working on an access-related request for a client brand, I can instantly see their past tickets, contact details, and account information without leaving Jira.

This helps me respond faster and ensures I have full context before making changes. The integration with our existing Jira workflows also means I can assign, comment, and update both the ticket and customer record in one place, saving significant time during daily operations.

**What do you dislike about CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales?**

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about CRM for Jira – Customers and Sales. At Capillary Technologies, it blends so well into our Jira workflows that it feels like a native feature. The only small thing I could mention is that exploring all the advanced features takes some time because it offers so many capabilities. But in a way, that’s a positive — once you learn them, you realize how much more efficiently you can manage customer and sales data inside Jira.

**What problems is CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Capillary Technologies, one of our biggest challenges was that customer details and Jira tickets were handled in separate systems. For example, if a brand like Peter England raised an access request, I had to check Jira for the ticket details and then open a different tool for customer history. CRM for Jira – Customers and Sales has solved this by bringing both into a single view. Now, when I open a Jira issue, I can immediately see the customer’s contact info, past requests, and related tickets — all without switching applications. This saves me at least 2–3 hours each week, improves response accuracy, and ensures I have complete context before taking any action. It has also made collaboration with our support and sales teams smoother, since everyone can see the same customer data directly in Jira.

  ### 3. User-Friendly with Smooth Onboarding

**What do you like best about CRM for Jira - Customers and Sales?**

I think the most liked feature about JIRA CRM is the ability to connect it with the stories and Epics. In our case, it also links directly with the release and customers are aware when a particular raised ticket is going to go to market.
