The upside of Crikle is the ability to schedule on my website as well as using a custom domain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say there is anything to dislike, more that I look forward to all the development that seems to be coming to enhance what the platform can do. The Crikle service is fantastic and meets my needs perfectly, but what impresses me far more than a service that does what it says it will do is Crikle's customer service team. When I signed up for Crikle I was greeted by Capucine, who was extremely helpful with a couple of beginner issues I faced. When I asked for a specific solution to my rather peculiar needs, both Capucine and Alice went well above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed to make Crikle work across all of those needs.

I cannot speak highly enough about Crikle or Capucine and Alice from the support side of their business. AMAZING doesn't even get close to describing their abilities and desire to make sure this customer was 100% taken care of, despite the fact my request was well outside their duty to provide. 2. Demo videos by expert are useful for newbie user.

3.One can create a well organized Q&A to get feedback and cutomer requirements.

4.Pitch notch quality presentation.

5.Get personalized background, logo , tag line for VC.

1. Less number of people are using it make it difficult sometime to convince other to have account and join on the platform.

2. Connection sometime get extremely weak and it make sales video difficult.

Customer relationship management provides synching options which helps user to manage there customer data safely and securely over the cloud and also recording session option which allows anybody to record the sessions and use them when ever and where ever they want on their convinience. I haven't faced any such things that I disliked about Crikle as it provides incredible features for a salesperson to sell from any location Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Application comes with various features like HD video presentation. It is built for business platforms who require highest video qualilty when selling. We can organise meetings with client accorsing to schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Need to work on chat feature in case of more participants, inability to add scheduling part on website. Every time need to give crikle link. Other than that everything is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crickle provide us a selling platform for group video conferencing and high quality video presentations within a single browser without switching the tabs in screen sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For screen recording we need permission of the participant which should tbe removed.

I love the fact that i can create presentations during the meeting, present high quality images and videos, go through checklists and take notes without having a second screen and even screen sharing. All done inside the meeting room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

chat feature would be wonderful in case we have more than 10 people and we need to comunicate with eachother when someone is speaking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crikle is browser-based and I can use it with any device with a web browser. The coolest feature that I have used is I can share presentations PDF or powerpoints and even I can edit/create slides during the meetings. And the video quality is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great to have a chat feature. Personally, I'm not happy to manually allow each person to join the meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing i found unique and i actually like is the fact is has a video calling option while it syncs all notes and everything to your crm software, honestly it's just an addon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Video calling has become so common through g meet and zoom etc record call and notes function is almost available everywhere, it charges alot for such basic functionality starting from 44 gbp and thats not justified accoridng to me, i feel you could do alot more in that money. not value for money purchase for your firm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
