The web interface enables office staff to schedule jobs, dispatch crews and equipment, and view automatically-generated reports in real time, while the mobile app allows field workers to quickly report attendance, work completed, and materials and equipment usage. Field reporting is accomplished via simple taps and swipes rather than typing, and voice-to-text makes field notes just as easy. Field workers can also collect a signature on their mobile device for a daily work report, a change order, or a custom electronic document. All field data syncs with the office in real-time, and a device map shows the GPS location of each event. The mobile app is easy for crews to use, and real-time updates help management stay on top of project progress. Payroll and billing are much smoother now that reports can be exported directly. **What do you dislike about CrewTracks?** Sometimes schedules or cost codes are approved incorrectly, which causes extra work to fix later. The interface could also be a bit more intuitive in certain areas. **What problems is CrewTracks solving and how is that benefiting you?** CrewTracks has been a game-changer for our field operations. It makes scheduling, time tracking, and production reporting much more organized and accurate. It makes my day more productive and easier, the follow-up is to the work is so efficient, that it saves you the process of questioning the staff, the supervisor and even going to see the work, everything you can do from here. It is easy to use, has an excellent mobile application **What do you dislike about CrewTracks?** No negative comment to make so far, we use this program for a long time and it is simply excellent. **Recommendations to others considering CrewTracks:** It has many tools that for now we do not use, until now we have limited ourselves to programming, payroll follow-up in work and work time and for complete reports of daily work. **What problems is CrewTracks solving and how is that benefiting you?** The follow-up of each employee in his / her working time is a great help as well as managing and scheduling the time of the equipment we use and the complete report of what has happened daily at work. ### 4.
