CrewRoo Reviews & Product Details

CrewRoo is invoicing and expense reporting built for contract pilots and contract flight attendants. It's organized the way crews work: by trip, by client and by tail number. Add the trip and pick the client and aircraft; the day rate and per diem carry over from the last trip with that client. Snap the receipts, one or a handful at once, and AI reads the vendor, date and amount and files each one on the trip that matches the date. Scanned receipts land in a review list, so you check what the AI read before it goes on an invoice. Then send the invoice: CrewRoo builds a clean PDF with day rates, per diem, expenses and mileage itemized and the receipts attached, and sends it in one tap. CrewRoo runs on the web, iPhone and Android, invoices in US dollars, Canadian dollars or pounds, and handles GST/HST and VAT. One plan: US$19.99 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
