Crewmojo has been a great help to our human resource team.

They have a lot of tools which we use it on a daily basis, we can track employee performance and keep the updated data on our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some negative points about crew mojo like- sometimes we are not able to track the exact data, and their portal hangs a lot, and in some urgent scenarios we are not able to track the performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crewmojo is a very flexible platform for managing people within your organisation. They have a wide range of features including "Shout Out", "Objectives" and "Check-ins". The objective tracking is very customizable and allows you to change the duration and metric with high granularity. The integration with Slack is very useful. The tool generally works as expected. There are some minor hiccups, such as being unexpectedly logged out of the platform, and sometimes it can be difficult to search up colleagues in the company if their nickname / english name does not match up with their email address. Snapshot is great for having visibility of my team's individual achievements and creating a focus on planning. Managing objectives is super easy in Crewmojo and the visibility for team members is fantastic. Using the one-on-one feature puts a focus on preparing for the one on one and improves the quality of the interaction. Many achievements or small wins get forgotten throughout the week/month/year, so having something that I can enter in a task list for the week and then tick off and add additional wins as I go makes it possible to look back at the end of the year and show the achievements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
