They have a lot of tools which we use it on a daily basis, we can track employee performance and keep the updated data on our system. **What do you dislike about Crewmojo?** There are some negative points about crew mojo like- sometimes we are not able to track the exact data, and their portal hangs a lot, and in some urgent scenarios we are not able to track the performance **What problems is Crewmojo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Performance management has been a great asset for us as we don't have tangible assets working for us; we have employees who help us to provide service to our customers. They have a wide range of features including "Shout Out", "Objectives" and "Check-ins". The objective tracking is very customizable and allows you to change the duration and metric with high granularity. The integration with Slack is very useful. **What do you dislike about Crewmojo?** The tool generally works as expected. There are some minor hiccups, such as being unexpectedly logged out of the platform, and sometimes it can be difficult to search up colleagues in the company if their nickname / english name does not match up with their email address. **What problems is Crewmojo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives people the opportunity to recognize and commend others for their work. It helps to make the workplace feel more connected especially if most people are working from home. ### 3. First rate! **What do you dislike about Crewmojo?** Can't think of anything in particular that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Crewmojo:** If you can, get executive sponsorship so this becomes an Exec initiative rather than an HR inititiative. **What problems is Crewmojo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a rapidly growing business. I was looking to find a lightweight but powerful tool that would help reinforce good fundamental people practices in the business as we scale. Crewmojo does that: * Sharing of objectives * Promotes feedback * Promotes and reinforces our values * Snapshots give managers a great snapshot of the happiness of their team * Facilitates effective 1-on-1s between manager and team member. * Gives me a helicopter view of the people practices across my business. ### 6. Managing objectives is super easy in Crewmojo and the visibility for team members is fantastic. Using the one-on-one feature puts a focus on preparing for the one on one and improves the quality of the interaction. I use the Snapshot feature to track actions from one on ones and hold myself accountable. **What do you dislike about Crewmojo?** I am not fond of the email reminders. Crewmojo kindly turned those off for me until a notifications management feature is launched. **Recommendations to others considering Crewmojo:** This is a great tool for engaging team, creating alignment on objectives and improving personal effectiveness of team members. **What problems is Crewmojo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improving the personal effectiveness in my team, as well as improving the focus on our team goals and business objectives. ### 7. They do this in a very diplomatic and transparent way via a feature request portal where you can submit a suggestion and people can up-vote and comment on ideas. ### 9.
