## About Creatly
Creatly is an all in one platform for creators and solo businesses to sell digital products, online courses, 1:1 bookings, webinars and paid memberships from a single link. You get a hosted storefront, a checkout that accepts cards, UPI and EMI, and instant order delivery on WhatsApp with email as backup. Courses come with a full player, progress tracking, quizzes and certificates. Paid communities on Telegram and Discord add and remove members automatically as subscriptions start and lapse. Creatly also includes Instagram automation that replies to comments, story replies and DM keywords with your product link, plus email and WhatsApp broadcasts to your customer list, and buyer accounts so customers can log in and download again anytime. Free to start with unlimited products. Paid plans lower the platform fee as you grow, from 6% down to 0%.

**What do you like best about Creatly?**

Their AutoDM feature, along with the UI/UX, is the best overall.

**What do you dislike about Creatly?**

I haven’t found anything like that yet, and the AI integration still isn’t configured.

**What problems is Creatly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real problem is the gap between someone wanting to buy and actually completing the payment.

A creator posts a reel. Two hundred people comment asking for the price or the link, and everything after that becomes manual. She replies to each person one by one, sends payment details, checks her bank app to figure out who actually paid, and then forwards the file message by message. That might work for the first thirty sales, but after that it turns into a second job she never applied for.

Most existing tools only solve one slice of the process and then hand her off somewhere else. There’s a bio link here, a payment link there, a course host, and a separate tool for DM automation. None of them talk to each other, so she ends up being the glue holding it all together. Meanwhile, buyers still drop off at the payment step when the checkout doesn’t match how they normally pay.

Creatly closes that entire loop in one place. Someone comments, and an automated DM sends the link within seconds. They pay through a checkout that offers the methods they already use. The order is delivered the moment payment clears, with a receipt, and the buyer gets an account so they never have to ask for the file again. Paid communities on Telegram and Discord can add and remove members automatically as subscriptions start and lapse.

The payoff is time and money that were leaking before. Creators stop working their inbox at midnight, stop losing buyers at checkout, and finally see which post actually earned money rather than which one only got comments. And since it’s free until a sale happens, finding that out costs them nothing.
