CreativeBase.ai Reviews & Product Details

CreativeBase is production management software for film, video and photo production companies. It is one base for your whole production: from the first pitch to the final invoice, every part of every job lives in one place instead of across group chats, spreadsheets, PDFs and a dozen disconnected apps. Win the work. Track pitches in opportunity pipelines with stages, win probability and a forecast. A public portfolio page sends enquiries straight into your pipeline, and a won pitch becomes the production. Plan it. Each production has its own workspace: overview, creative, budget, crew, call sheets, tasks, files and post. Build mood boards on a freeform canvas, write shot lists with an on-set directing mode, and plan photo shoots look by look. Price it and get paid. Build the budget on industry-standard AICP sections. It becomes the client quote, which the client approves from a link, then change orders and the invoice. Photo quotes carry a separate usage and licensing fee. Run the shoot. Send call sheets with weather, sunrise, sunset and the nearest hospital, and give each person their own call time. Crew confirm in one tap without an account. Their personal crew link shows only their days and collects their invoice and W-9. Producers run the day from a phone app. Deliver it. Review cuts with timestamped notes on separate client and editor links. Photo shoots get a selects gallery and a retouch board. Run the company. Finance shows what you are owed, what is overdue, what you owe and profit by production, with crew and vendor bills, 1099 flags and a tax pack for your accountant. Messaging, tasks and two-way Google Calendar sync keep the team in one place. The Directory keeps everyone you have worked with, plus places, vendors and studios. Grizzo, the AI assistant, reads your productions, budgets and crew, searches the web, writes documents and proposes budget changes you approve. Built for directors, producers and production companies making commercials, music videos, brand content and photo shoots. One plan, $49 a month. Clients, crew and collaborators invited to a production use it free.
