Managing our leases used to be a 3+ day effort by someone in financial reporting. It was managed in a spreadsheet, never fully reconciled and was prone to errors. Now it is a half day of effort. Reporting is also much quicker and having all agreements saved in the system for easy access has been a huge time saver. I would highly recommend Cradle! I have run into an issue where I need to make coding changes to a large number of leases. Cradle has an OK but not great solution for this. I wish there was an easier way to update coding to select leases within a Company after implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using this software for a while for ASC 842 leases, I use this software once or twice a year, and it is easy to remember how to use it, plus they have great tutorials and explanations behind the formulas which is great. The customer support is amazing, they waiting time for me has been 5 to 10 minutes in the chat, they are willing to jump in a zoom call where you can share your screen so it is easier than just going back and forth with emails.

What immediately struck me was its simplicity. Navigating through its features is a breeze, and I didn't need to spend hours sifting through tutorials or help documents to get started. The pricing is reasonable considering the level of quality and support you receive.

The implementation was very smooth, they schedule a training that covers anthing you need to know before you start using the software and it was easy to integrate it.

Software functions are easy to understand. Navagation is logical. After a 30-minute tutorial, I was up and running. Cradle can generate all necessary entries and disclosure for reporting which is a time saver. Our company only uses Cradle to make once a year entries for about 10 entities. Ease of use is definitely a big plus becasue we will be able to figure out quickly and continue with our updates.

Service response time is excellent. Samson, who I call all the time, is very good at identify my issues and usually provide solutions on the same call.
