Paying the credit card fees monthly instead of with each transaction!!! This makes cash flow planning so much easier and reconciling transactions to invoices a breeze. The per-transaction fee is slightly higher than all of the other merchant service providers I looked at but this really adds up. Also, the passthrough fees from the card issuers make it difficult to predict the actual monthly invoice amount and none of the other merchant services providers I looked at have this additional fee making CPACharge even more expensive than other providers. It is easy to use for invoicing and paying for clients' billing. This gives our company the ease of handling all billing for the clients. This helps us with the ease of implementation and customer support when we have issues. We use this product every day and the number of features this product has been incredible for us and the clients. The clients have no problem handling their payments. The card reader would be more helpful if we could initiate and process the payment solely on the device. We don't use it as much since you still have to initiate the payment on the computer. It would also be more helpful if the card reader automatically charged the credit card fee when it recognizes that one is being used, rather than us having to manually add a processing fee when initiating the charge. I like that 8am CPACharge makes it very easy, very efficient, and very convenient for my clients to pay themselves or for us to accept payments at our office. It was easy to connect with out website host, CPA Site Solutions. Their preferred provider was unable to gross up the invoice for the interchange fee, if the client chose to pay by credit card. I called CPACharge and they were able to implement seamlessly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clients typo their bank account numbers. There is a lack of full integration with our software. Most of our invoices are being generated by the Tax software, so the integration that is available is limited. Plus the lack of ability to charge fees when integrated is a negative too.
