"Monthly Credit Card Fee Billing Makes Cash Flow and Reconciliation Easy"

What do you like best about 8am CPACharge?

Paying the credit card fees monthly instead of with each transaction!!! This makes cash flow planning so much easier and reconciling transactions to invoices a breeze. Customer support has also been amazingly helpful, even though I've only needed support twice, and both only because of weird situations on my side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am CPACharge?

The per-transaction fee is slightly higher than all of the other merchant service providers I looked at but this really adds up. Also, the passthrough fees from the card issuers make it difficult to predict the actual monthly invoice amount and none of the other merchant services providers I looked at have this additional fee making CPACharge even more expensive than other providers. "Easy Invoicing and Client Billing Payments"

What do you like best about 8am CPACharge?

It is easy to use for invoicing and paying for clients' billing. This gives our company the ease of handling all billing for the clients. This helps us with the ease of implementation and customer support when we have issues. We use this product every day and the number of features this product has been incredible for us and the clients. The clients have no problem handling their payments. What do you like best about 8am CPACharge?

The processing and deposit speed and the ability to store clients' payment info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am CPACharge?

The card reader would be more helpful if we could initiate and process the payment solely on the device. We don't use it as much since you still have to initiate the payment on the computer. It would also be more helpful if the card reader automatically charged the credit card fee when it recognizes that one is being used, rather than us having to manually add a processing fee when initiating the charge. What problems is 8am CPACharge solving and how is that benefiting you?

CPACharge has solved a lot of problems as well as added a lot of value and visibility. We wanted a solution that would allow us to process ACH payments, not just credit cards. We also wanted to be able to pass along a credit card processing fee to clients who chose to pay by credit card. Lastly, we were dealing with extremely high merchant fees and it was nearly impossible to get any kind of reports from our previous merchant on what these fees stemmed from. 8Am CPA Charge eliminates several of the bottlenecks that normally slow down accounting and client‑billing workflows. The biggest improvement is how it streamlines charge entry and payment processing. Tasks that used to require jumping between multiple tools or double‑checking data manually now happen in one clean, organized system. "Seamless Integration with CPA Site Solutions—CPACharge Just Works"

What do you like best about 8am CPACharge?

It was easy to connect with out website host, CPA Site Solutions. Their preferred provider was unable to gross up the invoice for the interchange fee, if the client chose to pay by credit card. I called CPACharge and they were able to implement seamlessly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still needs more robust search and reporting capabilities. The invoicing area also needs improvements on tracking invoices sent, updated, resent, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering 8am CPACharge:

Clients typo their bank account numbers. There is a lack of full integration with our software. Most of our invoices are being generated by the Tax software, so the integration that is available is limited. Plus the lack of ability to charge fees when integrated is a negative too.
