The software makes it easy to send invoices to customers and receive payment. They integrate with QBO to easily attach invoices. Super easy for clients to pay with a click, options for recurring charges and auto payment so I don't have to invoice and they don't have to remember to pay. For larger invoices, they also offer a finance option where I get paid up front and CPA charge handles collecting. Price is low compared to QB Payments and much more secure. Once customers make payments, they hold checks for the full 10 days in case of chargeback. I get it, but I would rather there be a faster way to receive my payment in my account. Most of the time banks know within 3 days if a check will clear. Or maybe speed it up when recurring customer invoices are paid without issue for a few months. I like 8am CPACharge because it's fairly straightforward and flexible. It's easy to use, which makes my life simpler when billing clients and accepting their credit cards. I appreciate the consistency in getting the money into my bank account and how it allows me to control cash flow to some degree. I like that it connects directly via API with my CRM. It allows my clients to navigate directly to CPACharge from my CRM without having to navigate to another website, so it's a seamless integration on the client's viewing side. Everything works great. I like that it's connected to an option for clients to pay later while my firm gets paid right away. I like that we can set up recurring payments for monthly invoicing. They had really, really good rates that were preferential, and it was built specifically for CPA firms and law firms. They were hyper responsive and had really great customer service. I like the low fees. It has lower processing fees than anybody else that I found, and the ACH is really affordable. I use it to invoice all my customers, and it simplifies recurring billing for me.
