I like that it connects directly via API with my CRM. It allows my clients to navigate directly to CPACharge from my CRM without having to navigate to another website, so it's a seamless integration on the client's viewing side. Everything works great. I like that it's connected to an option for clients to pay later while my firm gets paid right away. I like that we can set up recurring payments for monthly invoicing. They had really, really good rates that were preferential, and it was built specifically for CPA firms and law firms. They were hyper responsive and had really great customer service. CPACharge fixes the problem we had around accepting card and ACH payments (or really anything other than cash and checks) from clients in cost and time-effective fashion. The fact that it integrates with other tools we use is a definite plus. Also being able to charge recurring clients automatically instead of forcing someone on the admin staff to charge the client's payment method has been a real efficiency boost.
