The scanning is what I use most and it is genuinely fast and accurate. I work a lot of conferences and I come back with a stack of cards, and Covve gets through them without me retyping anything or correcting half the fields afterwards. The AI research is the part that actually changed how I follow up. Comfortably worth it. It is a small line item against the cost of attending events in the first place, and it is the part that determines whether any of that spend turns into anything. I'm on the road a lot for medical conferences and hospital visits, meeting physicians, procurement teams and department heads. I like that Covve helps me keep track of the business cards I get especially from potential clients. The accuracy has been great in several languages and it's super fast. I've used other apps in the past and I ended up having to edit most of them, it was a massive time waster. I love the tags as well so I can organize my leads by conference or category. The CRM sync works great which makes it ideal for sharing leads with the team. I haven't explored the custom fields or the web portal yet, hoping to use them at the next conference we attend. As a one-person video production business, I'm constantly meeting people at events or shoots and i used to lose many of the business cards I collected. Now i scan them right after a meeting and i always know where to find my contacts. It makes it easy to follow up with new leads, or even collaborators. The voice notes feature is huge for me since i can record a quick reminder about what a client needs right after we talkm before i forget the details of the project. I loved using Covve when attending events and tradeshows to efficiently capture leads and automatically sync them to our CRM. Their AI research feature is so helpful and scanning accuracy is unmatched (really excellent performance). I've tried other tools and can definitely vouch that Covve Lead capture solution is the best there is. The UX is great too. Some of my team members were not as Techy and found it super easy to use. I've been asking their support team if I can scan event badges. It works perfectly with cards, but they informed me this is something that was going to be released soon. It looks like it's its already out but I havent been to an event in a couple of months. The onboarding process was a little confusing at first, but the support team was helpful and responsive through email. What do you dislike about Covve? The contact recognition could be more accurate. Covve sometimes has difficulty distinguishing between office phone numbers and mobile numbers on business cards. I’ve also experienced issues when uploading or scanning business card images, such as incorrect names, phone numbers, or other contact details being captured. This means I still need to manually review and correct the information after scanning. Improving the accuracy of the scanning and recognition feature would make the app much more useful. I'm on the marketing side and admin the account, and the setup works really well: our salespeople scan business cards on the spot and the scanner is the fastest and most accurate we've tried, pulling everything into a contact in seconds without typos to fix afterwards. What makes it valuable for me though is the notes. The team logs a couple of lines after each meaningful conversation, and through the new portal, which is very easy to use, I can check the info and notes each salesperson has added on a lead.
