"Fast, Accurate Scanning and AI Research That Transforms Follow-Ups"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

The scanning is what I use most and it is genuinely fast and accurate. I work a lot of conferences and I come back with a stack of cards, and Covve gets through them without me retyping anything or correcting half the fields afterwards. The AI research is the part that actually changed how I follow up. Comfortably worth it. It is a small line item against the cost of attending events in the first place, and it is the part that determines whether any of that spend turns into anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

There is not much I would change. The core works reliably and it has become part of how I work events. If anything, I would simply like to see the product keep evolving at the pace it has been, with continued refinement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thanks for this, Evagoras! Closing the gap between meeting someone and actually following up well is exactly the problem we built Covve to solve, so it means a lot to hear it's playing out that way for you, especially the AI research turning post-event follow-ups into something worth reading instead of a generic message.

"Fast, Accurate Multilingual Card Scanning with Great Tagging and CRM Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I'm on the road a lot for medical conferences and hospital visits, meeting physicians, procurement teams and department heads. I like that Covve helps me keep track of the business cards I get especially from potential clients. The accuracy has been great in several languages and it's super fast. I've used other apps in the past and I ended up having to edit most of them, it was a massive time waster. I love the tags as well so I can organize my leads by conference or category. The CRM sync works great which makes it ideal for sharing leads with the team. I haven't explored the custom fields or the web portal yet, hoping to use them at the next conference we attend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

Honestly it's been fine so far, no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Great to hear Matina! Multilingual accuracy and speed making a real difference after dealing with apps that needed constant manual correction is exactly the outcome we're after, and it's great that tags and CRM sync are helping you stay organized across conferences and share leads with your team.

"Never Lose a Business Card Again - Fast Scanning, Voice Notes, and AI Contact Research"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

As a one-person video production business, I'm constantly meeting people at events or shoots and I used to lose many of the business cards I collected. Now I scan them right after a meeting and I always know where to find my contacts. It makes it easy to follow up with new leads, or even collaborators. The voice notes feature is huge for me since I can record a quick reminder about what a client needs right after we talk, before I forget the details of the project. I also like their AI contact research feature, it helps me understand who my clients are and their company without wasting any time manually searching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

Nothing major, it works well for what I need it for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review Adam! Losing business cards is such a common problem for anyone constantly meeting people at events, so it's great to hear Covve solved that for you specifically as a one-person operation. We're glad to hear that you're making use of the voice notes and instant AI bios.

"Best-in-Class Lead Capture: Unmatched Scanning, AI Research, Easy UX, and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I loved using Covve when attending events and tradeshows to efficiently capture leads and automatically sync them to our CRM. Their AI research feature is so helpful and scanning accuracy is unmatched (really excellent performance). I've tried other tools and can definitely vouch that Covve Lead capture solution is the best there is. The UX is great too. Some of my team members were not as Techy and found it super easy to use. It's also much better priced than competitor products. Lastly their support team is always there when you need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

I've been asking their support team if I can scan event badges. It works perfectly with cards, but they informed me this is something that was going to be released soon. It looks like it's its already out but I havent been to an event in a couple of months. Can't wait to try this as some people at events don't carry business cards and it's just easier to scan their event badge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review Michael. It's great to hear Covve's lead capture is standing out against other tools you've tried, especially on scanning accuracy and ease of use across your team. On event badge scanning: that's now live as of our latest release, so it'll be ready for you next time you're at an event.

"Fast, Accurate OCR That Makes Contact Management Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

What I like best about Covve is its combination of speed, accuracy, and simplicity. The OCR technology captures contact details with impressive accuracy, even from business cards with complex designs or multiple languages, which greatly reduces the need for manual data entry.

The mobile app is intuitive and makes it easy to scan cards on the go, whether at conferences, client meetings, or networking events. I also appreciate how seamlessly contacts can be organized, enriched, and exported to CRM systems, ensuring that new leads are followed up quickly.

Overall, Covve has made the process of collecting and managing business contacts far more efficient, saving time while helping ensure that valuable networking opportunities are never lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

Fonts are a bit small for my liking finding it difficult to make them bigger Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review Yiannis. It's great to hear the OCR accuracy is holding up even with complex or multi-language business cards, and that scanning fits naturally into your day across conferences, client meetings, and networking events. On font size: we appreciate the note, it helps guide where we invest next, and we've passed it to our product team to look into.

"Simplifies Networking with One-Click Card Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I love using Covve for both my personal and business life because it's made passing out information and connecting so easy. The simplicity of not having to keep track of all the personal and professional business cards I collect is fantastic. It's just one simple click, and I'm done. I also like that it sends an email to both me and the person who scans my Covve card, creating a more personal connection. The app's features couldn't be any easier: you open the app, scan the card, and it does the rest. Updating contacts and managing cards is super easy with just a click, which is fantastic. I'm more than willing to pay the fee for the simplicity Covve provides in managing business cards and information. The initial setup was super easy, and the free trial was a fantastic way to try it out, which I loved compared to other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

I think tailoring emails could be improved. If there was a way to personalize them, it would add more personality to each interaction. Also, having a feature that allows sorting cards and printing them for a physical copy would be great. Since I run a business where I often need to share contacts with others, having a way to either digitally share contact rosters or print them in a format that's easily accessible would be beneficial, especially for those who can't afford to use Covve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for this review, Jasmine. Great to hear that one click is all it takes to capture a card, and that the email going to both sides is making those introductions feel more personal.

On sharing contacts: there are a couple of ways to do this, through team collaboration or by sending a card on its own as a standard contact file that opens on any phone without Covve, and we are happy to help you set either up.

On personalizing the emails and printing cards: we appreciate the feedback, it helps guide where we build next.

"Accurate, Simple, and Ideal for Team-Based Contact Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I really appreciate Covve's high accuracy in scanning business cards, especially considering the variety of Japanese formats and the need to capture both English and Japanese sides. The simplicity and user-friendly design stand out, making it easy for everyone on our growing team to use. Team collaboration features allow us to share contacts efficiently, and the ability to tag and group contacts is very helpful. The AI features and ongoing updates are a plus, and the new portal looks promising as a lightweight CRM alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

I experienced an admin rights issue after resetting my work phone, which caused some confusion and required support to resolve. The process of exporting contacts to Outlook used to require some manual mapping due to field mismatches, though a new integration may solve this. Also, more granular control over which contacts are shared or kept private would be useful for certain team members, particularly senior management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review, Jobin! Really glad to hear scanning is holding up across Japanese and English cards, and that the simplicity is making it easy for your growing team to use, with tagging and sharing helping you stay organized.

Sorry about the admin rights issue after your phone reset, glad support got it sorted. On more granular sharing controls for senior management: we appreciate the feedback, it helps guide where we build next.

"Easy Contact Management, but Scanning Accuracy Needs Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Covve?

What I like best about Covve is how easy it is to keep my contacts organized and up to date. The reminders and contact management features help me stay on top of follow-ups without having to track everything manually. The interface is also simple and easy to use, which saves me time. The onboarding process was a little confusing at first, but the support team was helpful and responsive through email. They guided us through the setup and answered our questions clearly, which made it much easier to get started with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

The contact recognition could be more accurate. Covve sometimes has difficulty distinguishing between office phone numbers and mobile numbers on business cards. I’ve also experienced issues when uploading or scanning business card images, such as incorrect names, phone numbers, or other contact details being captured. This means I still need to manually review and correct the information after scanning. Improving the accuracy of the scanning and recognition feature would make the app much more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review! Good to hear contact organization is supporting your workflow, especially with a large volume of contacts, and that support was helpful for you. On scanning accuracy: we take a lot of care in how reliably Covve captures contact details, so we'd love to take a closer look at your specific experience. "Fast, Accurate Card Scanning with Notes and a Smooth HubSpot Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

We've been using Covve for over a year across our sales team, mostly during events and after meetings. I'm on the marketing side and admin the account, and the setup works really well: our salespeople scan business cards on the spot and the scanner is the fastest and most accurate we've tried, pulling everything into a contact in seconds without typos to fix afterwards.

What makes it valuable for me though is the notes. The team logs a couple of lines after each meaningful conversation, and through the new portal, which is very easy to use, I can check the info and notes each salesperson has added on a lead. The HubSpot integration has really helped us map leads better and monitor the relevant funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

Honestly not much. The HubSpot integration already covers our main need, but I'd love to see even more integrations over time. More of a wish than a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review! It's great to hear Covve has worked well across your sales team, with Covve Portal giving visibility into each lead's notes and HubSpot sync helping track your funnel. On more integrations: we take user demand and adoption into account when shaping our roadmap, so as a tool gains traction among Covve users, we prioritize building native support for it. Feel free to reach out to our support team on any items on your wish list and we'll monitor them based on demand.

"Streamlined Networking with Covve"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I use Covve to efficiently capture all the business cards I get at networking events. I just scan them with the iPhone app, which is really convenient, and then I can ditch the physical cards. I also find it super handy to use the QR business card feature when I run out of physical cards. I appreciate the ease of use, intuitiveness, and polish of Covve, which makes it feel like a well-thought-out product. Covve helps me achieve my networking goals by not getting in the way and letting me capture people's information smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

I would love if there's a better sync option or API that I can connect to my CRM. So I use Brevo as my marketing tool, and I'd love to be able to connect it somehow. So as soon as I process a business card, it adds people into my CRM. Right now, I have to export everybody as a comma-separated value file and manually upload it into my CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review Mark. It's great to hear Covve is fitting into your networking flow without getting in the way, and that the QR card is coming in handy when physical cards run out. On connecting to Brevo: you can set up an automation through Zapier to send captured contacts straight into your CRM, skipping the manual CSV export. We've included a link below with the setup details!
