Fast, Accurate Card Scanning with Notes and a Smooth HubSpot Integration

We've been using Covve for over a year across our sales team, mostly during events and after meetings. I'm on the marketing side and admin the account, and the setup works really well: our salespeople scan business cards on the spot and the scanner is the fastest and most accurate we've tried, pulling everything into a contact in seconds without typos to fix afterwards. What makes it valuable for me though is the notes. The team logs a couple of lines after each meaningful conversation, and through the new portal, which is very easy to use, I can check the info and notes each salesperson has added on a lead. The HubSpot integration has really helped us map leads better and monitor the relevant funnel.

Streamlined Networking with Covve

I use Covve to efficiently capture all the business cards I get at networking events. I just scan them with the iPhone app, which is really convenient, and then I can ditch the physical cards. I also find it super handy to use the QR business card feature when I run out of physical cards. I appreciate the ease of use, intuitiveness, and polish of Covve, which makes it feel like a well-thought-out product. Covve helps me achieve my networking goals by not getting in the way and letting me capture people's information smoothly.
