What I like best about Harvey AI is how intuitive it is to use while still delivering high-quality results. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so I was able to start using it without spending a lot of time learning the platform. It fit into my existing workflow with minimal effort, and the integrations made it easy to work alongside the tools I already use. The AI itself does a great job of understanding context rather than simply summarizing information. It pulls out the details that actually matter and helps organize complex documents in a way that saves time without sacrificing quality. Performance has been consistently fast, even with lengthy files, which has noticeably improved my productivity. Although it's an enterprise-level investment, the return has been worth it because of the time it saves and the efficiency it adds to document review and research. The biggest downside for me was the pricing. It's a great platform, but the cost can be hard to justify, especially if you're a smaller firm or just getting started. Every now and then, I also had to reword a prompt or ask a follow-up question to get exactly what I was looking for. The AI is smart, but it's not perfect and still benefits from a little guidance on more complex requests.
