Corelogic offers a suite of different products with varying quality. I like the intentions they have with several of their tools, they give you valuable insights into the market. What do you dislike about Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts? It wasn't necessarily a dislike, but the data could be overwhelming upon receipt, especially with a large mortgage portfolio. We were required to monitor the risk associated with our mortgage portfolio at least semi annually so this program gave us the needed data. Core logic is fairly user friendly. Core logic offers a multitude of services. The company I work for used only a few of them but uses them consistently. It met our needs most of the time. Given this was the software we used when I first started learning in real estate, I had no choice but to familiarize myself with it. It was fairly intuitive interns of short functions while still offering a lot of different options for customization when it came to searches. While training videos are available, currently I'm not sure if they were provided by our local MLS chapter or from a corporate training perspective. I would like to see more information to tutorials and "how-to's" be more readily available. Once you know what you're looking for it is easy to navigate.
