Key features: • Project Manager — Track scope of work checklists, manage shop drawings through their full lifecycle (submitted → waiting → approved), store contracts and takeoffs, and log change orders • Cost Tracker — Build custom cost sheets, import payroll from Excel timesheets, track expenses and income by job, and view real-time profit & loss • Bid Tracker — Manage your pipeline from estimate to award with a clear view of every opportunity • Bank Transactions — Connect your business bank account via Plaid and map transactions directly to job cost codes • Projections — Forward-looking cash flow and revenue forecasting by project • AIA-Style Pay Applications — Schedule of Values with retainage tracking • Push Notifications — Real-time alerts for drawing approvals, invoice payments, and change orders Costryx is designed for small and mid-size commercial subcontractors who are done managing projects across spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected software. Everything you need to run a job — from bid to closeout — in one place.
