Innovative and creative map designs customized as per your needs or how you expect your virtual workspace to be like, I really like the cute seasonal elements too last year they had added Christmas costumes for the characters.

Ease of communicating on Cosmos! In a remote setup, if you want to speak to a colleague, you need to reach out to them and ask for their availability to schedule an internal call with them. On cosmos, you can right away search for your colleague and fly towards them.

The status of each user also indicates if they are free/busy/afk or away.

We always faced communication issues with our remote and work-from-home employees due to the lack of a proper platform. Luckily for us, we came across this easy to use and implement platform that allowed us to seamlessly host our daily standups and team meetings. Whenever we faced an issue, their customer support agents helped us a lot! They have nailed the UI and user-friendliness on their Desktop platform. An issue arises when you try to use their mobile version since they were not able to replicate the same UI Feel onto their mobile deployment. I love how Cosmos Video is able to completely eliminate the communication issues between people who work from home by giving them a virtual on-site platform to work together in. In addition to this, they have a very user friendly design which feels even better when you add the tools integration they offer! It was really easy to set up and integrate into our workflow and when we ran into issues, their customer support really helped us out! The mobile version of Cosmos video is a bit buggy and it lacks the same user-friendliness that the desktop version offers. There are a few hiccups here and there but I am sure the team can fix them through some patches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My team and I love Cosmos, it's definitely the best way we've found to work remotely, and it's the closest we've felt to being in person. Clicking on someone to start a conversation with them is far more natural than constanstly sending Zoom links - just like tapping on someone's shoulder at the office! It's also nice having chat + video all in one app.

The Cosmos team have been super responsive to feedback and are constantly adding features and improvements to the desktop and mobile app.
