**What do you like best about cosmos?**

cosmos™ is far more than another strategy or OKR tool. It makes visible how every single initiative connects to our overarching goals, and that's exactly what we were missing. 

What makes cosmos™ particularly strong is the clear connection between vision, goals, initiatives, and outcomes. Strategy doesn't stay on the PowerPoint level, it becomes operationally tangible. Teams finally understand why they're doing something, not just what. This creates focus, better prioritization, and significantly less actionism. 
Progress and goal achievement become transparent and discussions are finally based on facts, not gut feeling. You notice quickly when goals are fuzzy or initiatives aren't properly set up. That can be uncomfortable. It's also extremely valuable.

The interface is intuitive and logically structured, even for stakeholders without a strategy or controlling background. At the same time, the system is deep enough to map complex organizational structures accurately.

Bottom line: cosmos™ is not a tool for cosmetics or status updates or another dashboard tool, it's for organizations that actually want to plan, structure and execute their whole growth strategy in one system. Anyone looking for transparency, alignment, and measurable impact will find an extremely strong solution here. Clear recommendation for everyone who takes strategy seriously. Added bonus: the great team behind it.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

Even when technical issues come up, they’re resolved quickly. Features that are missing or could be improved tend to get implemented either right away or within a short time. At times, they even come up with a solution to a problem you’ve only just discovered.

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer journey tracking in a global setup and clear target alignment across teams. Beyond that, we finally have one central place where our strategic foundation - positioning, ICP, personas, and goals - is structured, easy to access, and kept up to date. 
The real advantage is that this becomes the single source of truth for all our measures, which is something most companies massively underestimate, but cosmos brings the solution.
For us, this helps bridge the gap between PowerPoint battleground and actual implementation.

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

1) The journey display is simply brilliant – you can see immediately where there are breaks. 2) The OKR updates are perfect for keeping everyone in management/shareholders in the loop. Even without long meetings. 3) With the Sharing Links, we share all strategic information + briefings with our external partners at the touch of a button.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

I would like to see AI being used even more for recommendations. All the strategic data is available. It would be great to have specific suggestions on how we could improve our touchpoints or the structure of our strategy.

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now clearly see where deals are getting stuck and where we need to focus our attention. Previously, we were always working on lots of projects at the same time and sometimes lost focus. Objectives – especially those set by shareholders – were constantly changing, which cost us a lot of time and nerves. We now have far fewer and more efficient meetings, clear priorities and goals for each activity (thanks to OKR history, you can even see how often a goal changes).

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

What I like most is that it finally brings all our planning into one place. Before, every team worked with its own documents, its own ideas, and honestly its own assumptions. Now everyone sees how their work connects to the bigger goal. That alone reduced a lot of back-and-forth and made it much easier to move projects forward.

On top of that, having regular weekly sessions with a one of the specialists has been extremely helpful. The support didn’t just speed up the initial setup – it also helps us stay on track in our daily work. Whenever we get stuck or drift off course, those weekly check-ins bring us right back to what matters.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

For positioning and personas, I’d love to upload existing PDFs instead of typing everything in again. That would save a lot of time.

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency makes expectations clearer, and people take more ownership because they understand how their work contributes to the overall goal. It also helps departments work better together, because everyone sees how their part influences the work of others.

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

On paper, our strategy always looked great. But once the day-to-day-work started, the strategy disappeared somewhere in a folder, and we fell back into old patterns again. cosmos is the first tool that actually keeps us consistent. The whole structure of the platform keeps pulling you back to the target group. Every step in the journey chain points to the main goal, so you can’t really ignore it even if you try. It finally feels like our strategy and our daily work are connected.

And: also our personas don’t disappear in old folder anymore. They’re part of our actual workflow. We update them, check them, and use them to see if our channels still make sense for the audience.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

It would help if the AI could check automatically whether all persona touchpoints are being used. Also, having built-in ways to validate personas directly in the app – for example, creating a quick survey from inside cosmos™ – would make the process much easier.

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Living strategic system.
it helps us stay consistently focused on the customer.
It prevents our strategy from getting lost during execution.
Way better and faster alignment . 
No more management reportings.

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

The biggest lever for us is that we have finally created a single source of truth across all teams and departments. Everyone knows the current status and has an overview of all activities and goals we are pursuing at all times. No more departmental thinking, but everyone contributing along the chain to the overall business goal.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

We want to set up multiple projects for different teams and have the ability to view all of them together in a single global overview, such as a management summary. At the moment this is not possible

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meetings are more productive because we don't waste half the time on status updates, but can talk about progress and important decisions right away. Every decision is now made based on the facts of the data and from the perspective of the target. This helps us to direct investments into the right channels and priorities.

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

Our team is far better aligned since we started using cosmos™. As a management board, we can instantly see where the team stands and make decisions much faster. We use cosmos™ on two levels: I have a clean management summary to check progress quickly, and the team works with a more detailed view to identify where execution is stuck. From a leadership perspective, it’s an excellent tool to understand how our yearly strategy is being implemented operationally and where we need to adjust.

There’s some setup effort for the team in the beginning until everything is structured properly, but once the structure is in place, it pays off quickly.

It gives us real transparency and better alignment and shows whether the strategy is actually being executed. It makes clear where management needs to step in.

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

With cosmos, we were able to map all touchpoints and activities along the customer journey and, more importantly, visualize their connections. It gave us an entirely new level of understanding of how efforts contribute to ROI. It sounds simple, but we hadn't done it so consistently before. We initially only used it for marketing activities and now want ot extend it to other departments.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

It “forces” you to align everything with one central goal. Sometimes we also have several goals to achieve. We currently solve this with so-called key events, which we then add before the central goal.

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cosmos shows us exactly which measures impact the goal and which don’t. We discovered gaps that had limited growth. Now resources go where ROI is proven. We no longer waste energy on touchpoints that have no effect.

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

We have been talking about working in a truly customer-centric way for years. With cosmos, we have finally achieved this. Our data is now mapped in a workflow that is geared towards the target group. This forces us to challenge every activity: what does it do for the customer, and what does it do for our goal? At the same time, we save time because reports and briefings can be created directly from cosmos.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

Sometimes, when entering data, you get an error message but no direct feedback about what exactly the problem is. It would be easier if you received the message directly and didn't have to search for the error yourself. Customer support was quick to help with this. But I would rather solve it myself.

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today, we can see at a glance which KPIs in the chain to the business goal make the difference – and where we need to optimize. Discussions about interpretation or priority have significantly decreased. Additionally, we previously had the problem that teams constantly shifted or reprioritized goals. With cosmos™, the focus is much clearer. And we save coordination time because everything is documented.

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

The tool finally gives us one source of truth across the entire organisation. Everyone sees the real status, the priorities, and the impact of ongoing activities. That alignment removes friction. It keeps every team focused on the goal instead of defending its own agenda. It is the first time strategy, execution, and data feel connected in one system.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

It would be even better if KPIs could support formulas to calculate combined results directly in the platform.

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cosmos makes our meetings faster and more productive. We skip status updates because everything is already visible. We go straight to decisions. All decisions rely on real (focused) data.. This helps us direct budget toward the right channels and focus work on activities that actually drive growht. It raises our speed and reduces internal discussions.

**What do you like best about cosmos?**

The best thing, in my opinion, is that you can really see what influences the overall goal. I always thought that Meta would generate the most value for our customers, but cosmos has made it clear which KPIs we really need to look at in the flood of data. That has led to some real eye-opening moments. We used to focus solely on traffic, the more the better. But if that doesn't result in sales or purchases, it's all for nothing and we're just burning through our budget. The cosmos display is very clear. Customers, teams and management can quickly see where we stand. The progress bars provide a quick overview thanks to the colours.

**What do you dislike about cosmos?**

Currently, I can only see KPIs per touchpoint. To make it complete, it would be valuable to also include budgets so that I can see ROI or ROAS, for example. Then everything would really be integrated into this tool.

**What problems is cosmos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool has helped us to question what we want to use each touchpoint for strategically. For some touchpoints, it's okay if they just generate traffic, while others should specifically lead us one step closer to our goal. If this is not achieved (as evidenced by the figures), kill it. You really start to prioritise and change your focus. What moves us forward? What doesn't? There are also features such as persona creation and positioning with guided tutorials. This is really helpful for reviewing or even creating the strategic basis.

There is a large selection of external data sources that can be connected directly. Some require a workaround. Should be constantly expanded.

Clear overview of all marketing activities and channels, easier communication with managers, and all strategic data in one place.
