**What do you like best about Hifive?**

The thing that makes Hifive valueable is that it brings your network with you, wherever you go (territory, company changes etc). Whether that be channel sellers, colleuges, friends, acquantances etc. 

Hifive allows me to easily get warm lead introduction into high value accounts in my patch. As I go through LinkedIn sales Nav, I often see connections that are connected with the decision makers in my patch. With one click I can send a very concise intro request into these accounts. My day is no longer spent customizing emails, texts, or calls for warm lead intros, but done in 1 click.

I can get 10x the amount of warm lead introduction from Hifive compared to doing manually.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

Not much that I dislike, honestly. I guess one recommendation that I would have for the Hifive team would be for them to build more integrations into other CRMs outside of Salesforce and HubSpot.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Hifive I'd have to get in touch with decision-makers via cold calls and cold email, which during the pandemic has become really difficult. Hifive allows me to find out where I have accounts that match up with my partner's accounts so I can find a strategic way in front of my target customers. Within 4 weeks of using Hifive I've already closed $25K, which is amazing.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

Hifive saves me about 30 minutes every time I need to ask someone in my network for a warm introduction to a prospect. Referrals and warm intros are the highest converting lead source for sellers. However also take the most time & energy. Hifive makes this a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

Cant wait to see how this could work on top of SalesNav mobile. Love everything about that app and would love to use it in a mobile experience.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asking people in your network takes a long time. You have to reach out to them, usually catch up for a bit, then make the ask for the intro. Then have to wait for them to do it, maybe follow up. Hifive speeds up this process.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

In a day and age of clouded (pun intended) connection based overlays, Hifive stands apart in the personalized connectivity that is managed intuitively (ie with ease) and actually works, so much so that it becomes an impressive tool to introduce as you walk through the process.

More 3rd party integrations, particularly backend for HR management of global businesses to manage scale

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Penetrating partner ecosystems was nearly impossible without a painful amount of industry schmooze events that are exhausting. Being able to skip the antiquated process and go straight to value delivery and areas to win speeds up the relationship building process drastically with quick wins.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

CoSell makes it super-easy to request introductions to relevant prospects from your network on LinkedIn. The user experience is SO smooth that I don't think I'll ever return to cold reach-outs again. The problem has two parts - identifying who from your network can give you that intro and drafting the forwardable note. CoSell tackles both steps, while most other tools solve only the first part well. This is the way!

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

Nothing much. The team is super responsive, open to ideas, and shipping amazing features. Would love to see a plugin within Gmail as well, which I'm sure is in the pipeline.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoSell is helping us scale our outbound with a more relationship-based approach vs spray-and-pray cold outreach. A healthy chunk of our customers have come through referrals, and CoSell helps scale this even further.

The product has much more room to grow and while the current features are light they are directly focused on the function they intend to do, with hopefully more advanced features and integrations to come in next product update

Ease of coselling and increasing speed for getting introductions to the right people through my existing/2nd degree network - as someone who's been involved in partnerships through co-sell/GTM first  (vs. historically run via channel) I'm looking forward to see how this application evolves with more demand and trust being put on network and partner-led growth over longer cycle that direct sales efforts take

Not a lot to dislike. I'd say I wish I could use a Hifive with Twitter to get intros to people in Pr for my business. That would be an awesome addition for sure.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

I think most salespeople see the writing on the wall that the ways to reach prospects (phone, email, and LinkedIn) have become so incredibly noisy. These days I am very lucky to get a response. What CoSell allows me to do is uncover relationships that I can leverage to get introductions to prospects and customers. Then the system automates a lot of the introduction flow, so I don’t have to spend a ton of time requesting the intro, writing the forwardable email, and then having to track and manage. It’s been one of the coolest tools I have come across, and I am not sure why everyone on the planet isn’t already using it.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

I think the team is great (based on the onboarding call I had). I think there’s still some functionality in the product that could be improved, but I feel like it’s nothing major. One feature that I have been asking for has been an email extension so I don’t have to jump into the platform often.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Cosell is solving for me today is providing me with a new channel that most people are utilizing in any operationalized way today. I can reach my target prospects much faster than prior, and I am just getting started using the platform. Prior to using CoSell I would have to find “who knows who” on LinkedIn, leave LinkedIn send the intro request over email, and then go back and forth with the 1st degree connection to actually get the intro done. No all I have to do is request the intro on one platform, and the intro is tracked and managed all within CoSell.

We have been using the traditional methods to source meetings, but have realized they're not as effective for getting access to top tier accounts. A warm referral from an influencer on the platform results in instant access and a better outcome in a strong majority of our deals.

The product is early days, but that’s ok. We view the value as the referrals into target accounts, and CoSell makes it easy when the product doesn't support something. I have put in a couple of feature requests to the team, and they have been very responsive and helpful.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we are solving with CoSell is high quality lead generation. We know that blind emails to cold prospects continue to have diminishing returns and the top tier accounts never respond. Referrals are the way to go, hands down, and CoSell helps us get more referrals than any other source. We're new on the platform, but have already added top tier accounts to our pipeline and customer list that we wouldn't have without them.

I really like how we can get a list of accounts that we can get walked into via the CoSell Sales Hub. We normally have to fish through LinkedIn to surface these types of referrals, but with CoSell we can see them in a glance and request introductions in a couple of clicks. I see it being one of the faster avenues to revenue for us, and we are excited to dive in deeper over the next couple of months.

I wish the product had a native integration with Salesforce so we could easily attribute referral sourced revenue. We put in this request and we are hoping it’s built fast.

Literally within 5 minutes of using the platform I found a key prospect of ours that was a customer of a partners, the partner made the intro, and I set up a intro call with this key prospect.  That's pretty darn close to INSTANT ROI.  CoSell is a brilliant platform to organize your co-selling efforts with your partners.  It takes the manual work out of collaborating with your partners, and lets you jump instantly to finding shared prospects/customers and making intros.

Nothing - obviously early in their product journey, but even what's there now makes a huge impact, and their product roadmap looks epic

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Normally coselling relationships with partners fizzle shortly after they are started.  There's a lot of excitement early, but then comes some manual, tactical work of sharing customer lists in google docs, comparing line by line, thinking about copy, asking a bunch of people if it's a good time to intro - and a lot of time it just never happens b/c that manual work barrier is too high.  CoSell streamlines this process and enables you to cut straight to the valuable action - getting introduced to your key prospect.  This is hugely motivating for both partners, and really makes you want to invest in the partnership.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

I am connected to the CoSell Marketing hub, and it’s been a game changer for me. I’ve received warm referrals into some of my top accounts. There’s no better way to drive referrals in my opinion. My existing outbound strategy of cold email and calling is something I do, but I’d say that I’m now filling up nearly 20% of my top-of-funnel via CoSell. Super excited to see what the team builds next!

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

Not a whole lot that I “dislike”, however I wish there were more ways to track and measure my referrals with my co-selling partners inside the CoSell Marketing Hub. The team mentioned that they will be coming out with this soon, but it can’t happen fast enough.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been cold prospecting in my career for a long time. I’ve found that the existing prospecting channels that I used to depend on are becoming harder and harder to drive results through. CoSell seems to be solving this pain point. The only alternative is LinkedIn for referral selling, but even LinkedIn has become super noisy. The main benefit I have received is that I am able to book so many more meetings as a result of using CoSell.

I love CoSell because in my line of business referrals are everything, and being able to drive more of them has a dramatic impact on my business. Before CoSell I was constantly looking on LinkedIn trying to find mutual connections to drive warm intros, but had varying success. CoSell helps me scale warm introductions with my trusted partners in a way that is super fast and easy. I have 6 partners on CoSell, and am loving it.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

There's really not a whole lot that I dislike. I guess one thing that could be improved is that I wish I could discover more partners that are on the platform already. I've had to invite all of them.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem with prospecting these days is that just about every single change has become dried up. It's sad really. I rarely ever get a response from any sort of cold outreach. CoSell helps me team up with other orgs that are targeting the same buyer as I am, and find out where there's account overlap. Once I understand where our accounts overlap then I can request intros where it makes sense. I must say that we have already 3x-ed our partner sourced revenue goal and we still have nearly 8 months left in the year.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

I am selling into IT/Security and the traditional ways of reaching these prospects isn’t as effective as it once was. Getting in touch with these decision makers through warm referrals through the investors, advisors, and partners that I am connected with makes all the difference. CoSell makes referral selling nearly 20X easier, in my opinion.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

I wish CoSell was SOC2. We had a hold up with our security team, which slowed down my ability to get CoSell, but I heard that they are in the process of getting SOC2, which should open up my use of CoSell with our key partners. Other than that, there’s not a whole lot to complain about.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems I am solving with CoSell are:

-The ability to see where I can leverage a partner, coseller, advisor, or investor in my targeting prospecting. 
-The ability to find new partners already on the CoSell network. 
-The ability to generate referrals into my target accounts in the easiest way possible. 

For me, I have some deals in the pipeline as a result of using CoSell, and I am excited to dig in deeper as I add more partners.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

I think of CoSell sort of like LinkedIn, but better. Prior to discovering CoSell I would use LinkedIn to find out where I had common connections with prospects to request warm introductions. This was effective but time-consuming because the strength of LinkedIn connections can often vary. With CoSell, I am able to find out where I can leverage common connections (partners) to get introduced to prospects / potential customers. There is an alignment that I have with the partners requesting a warm introduction really works, and my success rate has been through the roof.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

There are a lot of my partners on CoSell, but I wish there were more. Personally, I have onboarded about 5 or so. Some partners have been reluctant to use CoSell because of data privacy concerns. I imagine that they will eventually come around, but until then, I guess I'll just have to wait.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Similar to what I mentioned above, I am able to break into accounts at a much faster clip with CoSell versus other tools like LinkedIn. Also, getting partners aligned without CoSell is nearly impossible in my experience. Prior to using CoSell I would meet with partners and we would "talk a big game" about how we were going to help each other break into accounts, but then the whole strategy would fall right on its face because there was no software to manage it! The main benefit that I have realized is that I am able to break into accounts faster, and close deals at a higher conversion. I'd recommend CoSell to any sales team looking for a new and innovative way of breaking into accounts.

I sell through partners in every deal that I work, and CoSell has made the account mapping experience a couple of clicks versus countless hours of working inside of spreadsheets. It's also helped me discover new opportunities that I didn't know existed. I'm a huge fan of the product, and I've already gotten a big chunk of my team on CoSell.

Honestly, there isn't much that I dislike. There is a couple of things that I would improve around the Salesforce integration and speed of the site, but other than that I am a fan.

The main problem I am saving with CoSell and partner-overlap discovery. Again, this can be done on a spreadsheet, but it takes hours, while with CoSell it takes minutes. Also, the data often becomes quite stale, but with CoSell I am always in the know when reps change territories and new overlap data appears.

I love how easy the platform was to get started. Within a few minutes, I was finding partners that could introduce me to my priority accounts. Prior to using CoSell I was using LinkedIn and email, for the majority of my outbound efforts. Today, I am connected with 6 partners on CoSell with overlaps. I also like how I don't need to leave cosell and can use the network as my single place of truth for all partner-related activities.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

There are few bugs in the system that I know that the team is working out. I am really excited about the future of the product as I know that the team has me on their beta version and are still working through some of the kinks.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I have solved is that I can use cosell as a place to manage all of my partner activity. Today, we use salesforce, drift, teams, and other software to manage partners, but all of these systems are separate, which means that all partner activity is separate. I also view CoSell as a new way to drive my existing deals forward and as a way to find net new deals.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

I love how we can discover where our prospective customers can be matched up against our partner's customers with in the matter of a few clicks. Prior to using CoSell we had to do this type of account mapping using spreadsheets, which would literally take my team hours for each partner. We expect to at least triple our partner sourced revenue by the end of 2021. I love the support I have also received from the team. We are currently on their CSV version, which they are beta testing with our team.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

I think there are a couple of features that I'd love to see CoSell build. For instance, I'd like to get the rest of my sales team on the network as well, so if there was a way for me to invite them that would be a huge plus.

Not only are we saving a ton of time with knowing where we have account overlaps with our partners, but we are seriously able to uncover new partner sales opportunities that we were not able to uncover before. This is a massive win for us today, and I see it only improving in the future.

As a startup, we are in the early days of starting our partner program. That said, we have been trying to determine which partners we should partner with. CoSell has made this whole partner discovery process super easy. We uploaded our target prospects and existing customers to CoSell, chose our ideal customer profile and then found partners that might be a good fit. After connecting with a couple of partners, we started to see overlapping accounts, of which, we have been requesting introductions into target accounts. We're setting more quality meetings faster, and our partner program is really starting to grow.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

I know CoSell is a bit earlier, so we ran into a few product bugs, but the team was super responsive and fixed them right away. We also put in a few requests on how to make the warm introduction flow much smoother. We are hoping that this gets added quickly.

We are solving a couple of problems with CoSell. The first is partner discovery and determining who to partner with. The second problem that we are solving with CoSell is breaking into net new accounts via partners-- the platform makes this very easy and seamless.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

We started using Cosell about a month ago, and it's been very helpful in finding common customer/user overlap with our partners. Given that my company sells B2C, CoSell allows for us to perform customer and user comparisons with other partners so we can do co-marketing initiatives (i.e. digital ad campaigns, email marketing, webinars, and events). The team was very helpful in helping us get set up, and we are excited to continue to use Cosell for these types of partnership campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

Not much, honestly. I think that the product has a little ways to go before we can roll it out with all of our partners, but I know that the team will be able to pull it off and build a really big, great company.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using CoSell we really never thought about setting up joint marketing campaigns with our partners, but once we realized the power of this, after speaking with the CoSell team, it totally opened up my eyes to the possibilities of greatly expanding our market reach. The product is fairly easy to use, and we will continue to use CoSell for a long time. The problem it solves is that for a startup like us, figuring out new and innovative ways to reach our customers is always a big deal and CoSell helps us get there.

Honestly, I love everything about CoSell. It kind of reminds me of LinkedIn, but specific to sales partnerships. Since using CoSell we've have been able to discover some net new opportunities via partners that we wouldn't have discovered initially. We are really excited about where the product is going and eager to continue to invite partners to CoSell. Also, from a UX perspective, I love the experience of using the app. It's simple and easy to get started. The team has also been very supportive in introducing us to new partners that we should be speaking with.

Honestly, there isn't much. I think initially we can into a couple of small software bugs, but those have since been fixed. We've been in constant communication with the founders, which has been great.

The fundamental problem that CoSell solves is the discovery of net new sales opportunities. Getting through to our target customers has become harder over the last few years, and cosell seems to be tapping into an unmet pain point of being able to get referrals through our partner network. I love the ease of use of CoSell.  It's built in automation helps to discover account overlap with the partners that I manage and with the tech alliances that matter to me. Prior to using the platform, I was getting lost in the amount of google sheets that i had to share and keep track of. Making valuable sense of all that data became very cumbersome. In just a few months, CoSell has already helped to create a handful of new partner sales opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

I wish there was some sort of chat where I could communicate with my partners/connections inside of CoSell. After I use the platform to find overlaps, I then have to go offline to communicate with partners. This makes it hard to manage and track all partner-sourced deals.

The main problem that CoSell solves is the ability to easily find overlapping prospect and customer accounts with partners/tech alliances. Again, before CoSell I was having to spend hours doing the account mapping with partners.  Often times this was just a waste of time with no real committed follow up. With the CoSell platform, I can easily surface prospect and customer overlap with a few clicks across all of my partners. It also is a centralized place for me to manage all of my partners, which is huge.

**What do you like best about Hifive?**

My sales team just started using CoSell, and we are seeing a ton of amazing results from it. For example, we have already gotten introduced into two key Fortune 500 accounts that we have been desperately trying to get into for a really long time. We found that one of our strategic partners already had relationships at these accounts and within a few days we had meetings scheduled. I truly believe in the product and vision, and I am really eager to get the rest of my team on CoSell.  The CoSell team has also been great. I had some CSV upload issues and they were very helpful in getting me set up right away!

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

I still think that the product has a little way to go when it comes to reporting and analytics. I'd like to be able to easily track all referrals and partners, but that is still a bit of a cumbersome issue.

We are solving the issue of getting in front of the best accounts. Covid-19 has actually made this process pretty difficult for us. A warm introduction into a key account is so critical, and CoSell makes this easier.

We use CoSell for account mapping with our existing partners to find out where we have overlapping customers and prospects. Before using CoSell we had a slack channel with all of our partners, and there was a ton of back and forth. Before slack, we were using email with partners, and all of the knowledge of who owned which account on our side and the partner's side was literally a black hole. I think CoSell is striking a nerve with my team because of all of the time we've been saving. I recently invited the rest of my executive team and sales team to CoSell. Our executive team is more curious in the data and co-selling day to day activities, while our sales team is most interested in knowing which partner they can leverage in certain key deals.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

I think the CoSell team has been very responsive to our support needs, but we have seen a few bugs in the product. They were able to get them fixed right away, which has been great.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we are solving is the account mapping problem, which again we would use slack mostly to solve. It was a lot of guessing and checking with partners, which would take hours, sometimes days to hear back on. We have already found that we have saved countless hours because we can find all of the overlapping data in one centralized place. We haven't closed any new deals as a result of signing up with them, but I am confident that we will in the coming months.

I really like CoSell's ease of use, and focus on sales reps. At the end of the day, in sales, it's all about pipeline generation and revenue. CoSell helps me do both. It's the best tool I've seen in sales for a very long time. Understanding where my target accounts overlap with a partner's accounts is extremely valuable. If I can close one or two deals a year via leveraging your partner relations this can be huge for mosy companies.

**What do you dislike about Hifive?**

Needs chrome extension that would allow for discovering when overlaps exist when I visit company sites, LinkedIn profiles or CRM opportunities. The founder at CoSell said they are working on building it, and I am excited to test it out.

**What problems is Hifive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that CoSell solves ultimately that it allows me to sell more via my partners. Tactically, it allows for me the relationship intelligence in my key accounts allowing for me to sell faster. I have already closed a deal from a partner intro that I recieved a couple of months ago. I am sure as the CoSell network grows that we will continue to see more wins!
