I think it was easy to set up and incorporate with other managers to start using it easily as well. The choices and array of products is wonderful and the website is laid out very intuitively. The spreadsheet that accompanies the enrollment is also very easy to use and friendly. Their timeliness of sending out the reward emails as well as delivering the chosen products is very quick and error-free. I am considered the "Ambassador" of Corporate Traditions in my company and therefore whenever any department wants to use them, they go through me (HR) and they know the execution will be flawless. And most importantly, our Employees love them! Most recently to send a card to a co-worker, who was out for a surgical procedure. She greatly appreciated the option to select the vendor for the gift card rather than having one pre-selected. I really appreciate how easy the service is to use. The site is straight-forward and makes the process quick and simple. The ability to add a custom logo or image as well as the various options for delivery method and format make it easy to tailor the gift to any situation or celebration and make the gift card seem much more personal than a traditional gift card. The customer service is excellent as well. I had a question regarding my recent gift card purchase, and they were quick to respond and resolve my concern. The ease of use and multiple options will allow us the easily implement this service for employee appreciation and celebrations going forward.
