This app really helps me to understand and learn about new things, also manage to handle the progress as well. Easy to use and simple **What do you dislike about Cornerstone for Salesforce?** I think the integration of the app itself. I'm using different gadgets to access these apps, but when using my iPad I found it a little glitchy or laggy when accessing the content. Maybe my iPad is so old, I'm not sure either **What problems is Cornerstone for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think the integration with Salesforce is the main selling point, helping to monitor the sales team as well to ensure that they take the course. So I can easily keep everything in touch ### 2. I enjoy not having a single way to access data/leads/clients but being able to use my own flow to perfect my process. **What do you dislike about Cornerstone for Salesforce?** I do wish there was more customizability but I understand that may be my organization's want and the features may be available, just not to me. I would prefer different views with big buttons but REALLY enjoy the simplistic view as well. **What problems is Cornerstone for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** I believe staying in the same app and not having to change to something different keeps the timing of my workflow more tight and in-line with productivity while still being able to achieve the learning set aside for me. ### 3. Our company uses the platform as a LMS for internal services. For example, you can views your transcripts and assign your own trainings. **What do you dislike about Cornerstone for Salesforce?** If there was a way to improve it, I wish we could create internal content by team. **Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone for Salesforce:** Take the time to look through all of the prompts. There are so many beneficial learning modules that will allow you to do your role much more effectively. **What problems is Cornerstone for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** There isn''t an intersectionality for SF and our pipelines. We can use it specifically for our individual internal learning but not so much for the productivity. ### 8. It really streamlines that review process, and allows multiple roles who will touch the reviews (management, HR, reviewers) to all have visibility into those reviews which allows for a but more transparency regarding the different stages and/or hands that the review is going through. ### 11.
