**What do you like best about CoreBank?**

As i work in banking ITteam so as per we talk about core banking it is so vast and for a backend team it is so user friendly to perform transactional operations and roles related activities including reporting MIS.

**What do you dislike about CoreBank?**

Unlike finnacle a competitor of corebank, it has got many gui friendly features within a click apart which is not there in CBS.

**What problems is CoreBank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operational activities like performing transactions and many more automated tasks including RTGS/NEFT/MIS/ROLES/NACH/RECON etc are some of the major benifits of cbs.

**What do you like best about CoreBank?**

I like the way the product enables my team to provide fast, but high quality services to customers. It has wholly enhanced the teller operations and has ultimately ensured customer satisfaction. I mostly like the multi-branch feature. It is very resourceful.   

**What do you dislike about CoreBank?**

I do not like the transaction monitoring feature. It does not facilitate clarity of the tranactions made. It is too conjested. when making reference, I find myself mixed up. It should at least have a layout that is not overlapping. 

**What problems is CoreBank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using the product, we were geared towards facilitating banking experience, for both the organization and the customers. We tried to eliminate a barrier that influenced our clients' experience negatively. The product helped achieve loyalty and customer satisfaction.
