This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2023 **What do you like best about CoreBank?** As I work in the banking IT team, discussing core banking is vast, and for a backend team, it is user-friendly to perform transactional operations and roles-related activities, including reporting MIS. **What do you dislike about CoreBank?** Unlike Finacle, a competitor of Corebank, it has many GUI-friendly features within a click, which are not present in CBS. **What problems is CoreBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** Operational activities like performing transactions and many more automated tasks, including RTGS/NEFT/MIS/ROLES/NACH/RECON, are some of the major benefits of CBS. ### 2. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2018 **What do you like best about CoreBank?** I like the way the product enables my team to provide fast, but high quality services to customers. It has wholly enhanced the teller operations and has ultimately ensured customer satisfaction. I mostly like the multi-branch feature. It is very resourceful. **What do you dislike about CoreBank?** I do not like the transaction monitoring feature. It does not facilitate clarity of the transactions made. It is too congested. When making reference, I find myself mixed up. It should at least have a layout that is not overlapping. **What problems is CoreBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using the product, we were geared towards facilitating banking experience, for both the organization and the customers. We tried to eliminate a barrier that influenced our clients' experience negatively.
