By letting users reset passwords on their own,off course they also reduced the load on IT teams. To be very honest, these tools make managing passwords easier and improve the experience for everyone. Super!! **What do you dislike about Core Password and Secure Reset?** Nothing as of now. Everything looks good to me. **What problems is Core Password and Secure Reset solving and how is that benefiting you?** First thing is that they simplify the process of creating, storing, and managing passwords, ensuring they are strong and compliant with security policies. Second and very important is by allowing users to reset their own passwords without IT assistance, this saves lots of time. We created own set of privileges and is easily applicable for new users who joined recently. Its very hard to remember many passwords but this makes our life easy with one single password for many applications. I took a few days to get used to it and implement it in every app bc it is easier to just simply enter my last unsafe password perhaps now i'm fully integrated with the app and it is part of my day to simply open it. i never had to use the customer support which means the process is great and i don't need to chat with the company. **What do you dislike about Core Password and Secure Reset?** i think the app is laggy on my samsung a55 but it could be my device's fault **What problems is Core Password and Secure Reset solving and how is that benefiting you?** it's solving the safety of my cards because i got hacked a few months ago and my credit card got frauded ### 3.
