Cordiva Reviews & Product Details

Cordiva is an AI receptionist platform that automates call management and appointment booking for medical aesthetic facilities. Operating 24/7, it handles patient inquiries in English and Spanish with seamless bilingual capabilities. The AI is trained on facility-specific details like services and provider information. Implementation takes seven business days, integrating with major booking and CRM platforms. Plans include Business Associate Agreement coverage to ensure HIPAA compliance. The AI books consultations, answers FAQs, and transfers calls to staff when needed. Real-time dashboards provide call and booking data. Onboarding starts with a discovery consultation to customize the AI agent, followed by weekly tuning sessions during the first month to optimize accuracy and align with operational needs.
