**What do you like best about Convy AI?**

These solutions expedite business in multiple ways. But it’s not just about speed: Convy AI also works to improve the quality of the customer experience. There’s no trade-off between quality and speed; together, they help you manage customer interactions in different use cases at a much larger scale

**What do you dislike about Convy AI?**

May misinterpret nuances in customer questions due to reliance on keywords, potentially leading to inaccurate responses

Can leverage customer data to provide tailored responses and recommendations, enhancing customer experience.

**What do you like best about Convy AI?**

The best part of convy AI is the Digital contact centre, which allows the platform to automatically monitor and store the customer data and provides tools for its supervision.

**What do you dislike about Convy AI?**

There is no as such dislike about the platform till yet. The platform now provides the support of Generative AI that was earlier an issue.

**What problems is Convy AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The convy AI platform has helped me alot in few of my projects that require the tranfer and monitoring of multiple user data. With the use of this platoform and the tools that are provided, it becomes very easy to monitor all that. 
It supports multiple LLM models.

**What do you like best about Convy AI?**

In on time, I was able to train and launch a bare essentials chatbot designed to answer common customer questions. It is easy to navigate and it is not very complicated, regardless of one’s level of computer knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Convy AI?**

I was eager to create a messenger that would be able to offer conditional choices according to the customer’s answers, but the functions of Convy AI did not look very flexible in this regard here.

**What problems is Convy AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convy AI is being very helpful for our organization in managing customer support and get the proper response at the right moment. This relieves my team to handle with more complicated cases and offer better services to our clients.

**What do you like best about Convy AI?**

It smoothly connected to our current CRM and ticketing tool, and of course, the training of the AI was fairly simple. The idea of Convy AI for simple customer management questions appealed to me.

**What do you dislike about Convy AI?**

The only thing that I was dissatisfied with in regards to Convy AI was the fact it can only partially interpret different customer inquiries. This made many dissatisfied customers to be passed back to live agents, thus negating the use of AI.

**What problems is Convy AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convy AI could is enabling our agents to engage in more meaningful conversations. It would necessarily produce a more satisfactory user experience and a more efficient organisation of our customer support.

suggestions and answers are good , ease of use is there. I use it frequently for a month now.

not all answers are up to date and some of them could have shared all possible solutions rather than 1
